  1. Everyone get their notebooks and pencils, “Private Equity 102” has begun. In this class you will learn that calling Jerry cheap is actually a stereotype but you will also learn that you don’t know anything about Ishbia. But Tray knows. And it’s bad
  2. 40+ years into ownership, enduring 3 of the worst seasons for this franchise in a row, and refuses to look at it as a team building expense but rather “can I market this y/n” 🥴
  3. I still think Joshua checked a lot of punches. Yea he broke Jake’s jaw, but that knockout punch was such a “here it comes, buddy” windup lol
  4. Doesn’t look like we will be getting a brothers revenge or a rematch for Jake any time soon
  5. Brother this is not the season to be musing about draft position in December 😂
  6. He also couldn’t let go the couple overthrows that Caleb threw, which one was in the first half and the other in the 4th quarter. The way he was bitching and moaning about it you would think Caleb was doing it every other pass
  7. While I am still disappointed that the last play was blown up, it’s hard to deny that this offense is for real. Yesterday Collinsworth spent the entire game acting like the 49ers were the only good team on the field, when it was 28-28 he was talking about how great Purdy was and how he was the difference in the game. There was no difference in the game, it was tied! Both teams had pretty bad defenses on the field and in the end the Bears had like one more empty possession that cost them. I hope Burden is good, he was interviewed after the game and said he was just tired. Dude is special with the ball in his hands
  8. Lions just ran out of juice and couldn’t get it back. Last month or so they just haven’t looked in sync
  9. He seems really excited to be a White Sox, and you don’t always get that from a Sox free agent signing press conference lol
  10. They were saying the flip to Goff was the touchdown I think. Because yea he came nowhere near crossing the pylon. It was a truly brutal referee explanation to end a game 😂
  11. Title corrected so certain people don’t get all mad and upset
  12. Rex Grossman blew out Green Bay on opening day in 2006 26-0. That’s probably the most dominant game I have seen in this rivalry since it went belly up in favor of Green Bay. The win against the Packers in 2018 was pretty awesome too
  13. As much as the defense frustrated all of us, they only gave up 16 points
  14. Pretty sure Finch was hating the refs right there
  15. The McCaskeys are gonna have a hard time getting back the money they spent on that lot so far, I also don’t see them running around to Indiana and just eating that investment
  16. It’s not because of them. It’s because federal funds intended for infrastructure are being withheld from the state and Illinois doesn’t know when they are gonna get them. They can’t prioritize anything right now and the Bears want to skip that line and get the infrastructure moving on 53/euclid, Nw Highway and the train station.
  17. If the Sox snag Murakami they better credit WBWSF and Chisoxfanmike
  18. Johnson has been both transparent and backs up his talk with the work. At the bye he said “the running game is not where we want it to be and I’m gonna work to get it better” and he absolutely did that. He talks about involving players in the offense and then you see the results. He wanted to make sure Caleb stays upright and he focuses on opposing defenses and makes sure that the necessary blocks and chips are there for Caleb. He has been everything you can ask for up to this point (unless you are Joe, during a game)
