I hope we can extend his contract past 06. Coop has been MAJOR help to this pitching staff and if we could keep him with Buehrle, Garland, Contreras, Freddy, and McCarthy for years to come, it would be soo great for the pitchers to have an excellent pitching coach by their side. I think Coop has grown on them and they have all turned out to be better than advertised. I know Coop used to be on the Yankees but I really hope he doesn't go to them. I think he has found a home here with his ex-team-mates and his prodigies.

The White Sox have trouble hitting sliders low and away, or laying off that slider. Also the changeup in the dirt. This guy is a moron. SSHEESH, we cant hit a fastball!?!?!

I think the stats show that the team who won the first game in the LCS in the last 15 or so years has gone on to advance to the World Series 61% of the time. The Sox need a win today. Plain and simple. That is a fact. No doubt we suck on the west coast and lost the last 4 against the Halos, but if we go down 0-2 there, it will be hard to have a chance to win.

To bad the offense can't get the loss instead of Contreras.

No doubt he should have won but the offense did not execute.

They executed - they won. We didn't - we lost. They even said on the pre game that our hitters had to lay off the guy's slider and we didn't. No one can put down a damn bunt. We ran ourselves into outs. Ozzie outmanaged himself. They got the momentum. We lose tomarrow, then that means we are in trouble. Im going to sleep it off now.

good question. Its a shame they have no W's yet. If they had a good goalie they'd be unbelievably awesome. Marc Andre Fleury is damn good though. He should be their No. 1 cause even when Thibault comes back he's just gunna get reinjured. Plus, Fleury has shown more upside that Thibault. I'm glad my boys, the Devils, are leading the division. Its good to see NY at the top too.

This guy is the real deal. I think he was a first round draft pick in '01 but he got injured and the surgery didnt go well, atleast that's what Jesse Rogers was saying. And we will be seeing alot more of him, probably on the 1st line right now:

Hawks took apart the Sharks 6-3. Yeah we started off against Toskala but we got a couple of Nabokov. The Hawks basically dominated from start to finish. Entertaining and toughness. Vorobiev with 3 points moving to the 1st line due to Daze's back issue!!! Aucoin and Daze with tweaked groin and gack respectively. Spacek returns to face his old mates on Sunday. Loved him on the radio today with Rogers. GO HAWKS!!! Vorobiev is awesome.
