I'm just past the halfway mark in Season three. All i can say is that kid Glenn is damn creepy. Goggins is good on Justified as well. Vic throwing Ronnie under the bus was just a choice between Ronnie and his family. The last half of the final season is some of the best tv I have ever seen, which made up for the lackluster previous season. One of the best shows seasons 1-7 that anyone could ask for though.

Easy decision. One is a "grinder" and one isn't. Bring back the grinder rules!

Do on-site interviews. Career fairs have often become a place for companies to just tell job-seekers to "apply on their website." Showing an immediate interest in potential talent will make candidates more interested in and excited about your company.

Does anyone know of a good credit card to accumulate frequent flier miles? I just want to know if there are any out there that are worth it and actually a good deal for someone that would like to get a free roundtrip flight at least once a year.
