  1. It's good to see Trayce taking some pitches and getting on base via the walk(s). Also his power numbers are good. Looks like he's recognizing some pitches and getting use to others. IMHO the batting average will rise, it will just take some time.
  2. Can Quentin play LF? Somehow, I like V in RF.
  3. I LUUUUUVVV reading you guys talking about finger positions on the ball.........
  4. For those of you scoring at home, Jeff Grey has only pitched ONE TIME from the Seattle bullpen since being picked up by the M's. 5/24. Which, is one more time than what Pena should have been pitching in the majors.
  5. QUOTE (Capn12 @ May 29, 2011 -> 02:05 PM) 165 ABs, 69 K's Damn impressive, and 14 million worthy. For a cheaper rate, why did the Sox just not call up Jordan Danks then?
  6. THIS BALLCLUB NEEDS AN EDEMA!
  7. Rios popped out. Dunn K'd. Well. SHOCKER.
  8. Corey Patterson was 7-15 vs the Sox this series, before today.
  9. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 29, 2011 -> 01:50 PM) Harrell vs Bautista is like Bieber vs LeBron in a game of 1 on 1. LOL and Bieber won.
  10. QUOTE (Real @ May 29, 2011 -> 01:48 PM) Patterson again? I hope Jerry is taking notes. Yeah, he's thinking How Can I Trade For Corey??
  11. QUOTE (TitoMB @ May 29, 2011 -> 12:48 PM) Ah, already posted you mean? LOL, no, I mean the OZ has already imploded/exploded/disintegrated way before today's game. Interesting read. I can go on and on about "Does Ozzie REALLY feel that way?" But, not today.
  12. QUOTE (TitoMB @ May 29, 2011 -> 12:43 PM) Ozzie on the brink of implosion? http://bit.ly/jYJc0P That ship has sailed, my friend.
  13. Danks...Thornton...our team is full of mental midgets.
  14. wow, again, curveball, down the middle.
  15. Could John Danks please remember how to pitch, and not leave meatballs down the middle of the plate? C'mon man.
  16. well, looks like Jordan Cooper Danks is back to his devilish old ways. .229 in his last 10 games, 9ks in 35 ABs.
  17. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ May 28, 2011 -> 04:41 PM) Adam Dunn needs to be hitting 9th until he has back-to-back multi-hit games. Can't wait to see the boxscore in Charlotte tonight as Viciedo will go 3/4 with a HR and 2 doubles, leaving me to weep gently in my pillow. A******* needs to be on the bench until further notice. Rios too. Hell, half the team.
  18. May splits: 35/100, .350BA, 19 runs scored, 7 doubles, 5 triples (!), 4 HR, 17 RBI, 9/18 B/K, ,400/.640/1.040. Not too shabby. Seems ready for AAA.
  19. May was not good. 5 games, 1-1, 8.51 ERA, 24.1 IP, 20 hits allowed, 18 walks, 22 strikeouts. His last start was his bright spot in which he went 8 IPs, 5 hits allowed, 2 walks, 2 strikeouts, 2 runs allowed, both earned.
  20. His May split looks pretty good compared to his April. .263/.282/.438/.720 Only 9Ks in 80 ABs so at least he's starting to put the ball in play.
  21. So it's come to Ozzie dragging his team under the bus, rather than stepping up and saying "It's on me". Sorry Ozzie, you're time has come to leave. Go to the NL.
  22. This just in, the White Sox continue to be All In someone's......oh never mind.
  23. Here's another: http://www.mymlbdraft.com/2011-mlb-mock-dr...sandwich-round/ On this they have the Sox picking Michael Kelly, RHP, from West Boca Raton (FL) Community HS, at #47. Wow, the Rays have 7 COMP PICKS IN THE FIRST?!?!?
  24. Brady Shoemaker is continuing to hit above .300 in Low A. Nice. Addison Reed with a nice game, 5Ks in 2IP. Brandon Short...how long of a hit streak does he have? Got to work on the B/K just a bit but dang, not bad kid!
  25. Great...Juan Pierre is HOT, Paul Konerko is COLD.
