If we had a day off each week the normal starting five would have the exact days off in between their starts as they would with a 6 man rotation with no days off. That's basically what we have the rest of the way...no days off (except for Monday).

As one of the main pessimists on this board, you should know that there's still a long way to go in this game.
Hey didn't you read my September 1st post? I am turning a new leaf. I am Mr optimist until our season ends...hopefully in mid-October.
Not that most of us care what the national media think but this could be an eye-opening win for the national folks. Beating Schilling at Fenway, where they have been almost uneatable lately.

Not only was Parque terrible, but I heard he was a jackass,
I waited on him a few times at a restaraunt I worked at a few years ago. He seemed like an OK guy but who knows.

Is Brandon really only throwing 86 mph or is it the gun at Fenway?
Who cares. He's getting outs. he can throw 46 for all i care.

According to Cory MacPheron from Fox. He talked about it on MJH a week ago.
Maybe they're prepping him to do the radio booth eventually? He was great on TV with DJ.
He keeps this up, the Count will deserve a playoff spot in the rotation. And yes I said playoffs. We will make it no problem.
(King of pessimism is attempting to be the king of optimism starting today)

Just once, I would like to see Ozzie give Dye a shot at batting 3rd. It just seems like Everett's swing has gotten way too long.
I have mentioned that a few months ago. I even emailed Ozzie about it. He obviously ignored it.
Eff this s***. August is behind us and we sucked in August last year. We will be chopping heads in September!! I predict we win the division by 13 games.
