My acceptance will mostly depend on adjustments to their relo package. As it stands I don't think I can accept the offer. I am confident they will make some adjustments to make this work. Regarding the phone call....the HR rep even offered for me to talk to the director that same evening, knowing I wouldn't have accepted by then. I may just keep it and just briefly touch base. I may even mention that we're trying to iron out the relo package in order to move forward.
