QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 26, 2013 -> 03:00 PM) Kristin Wiig plays a wonderful young Lucille Bluth. Awesome...can't wait to start watching.

QUOTE (Brian @ May 25, 2013 -> 10:36 AM) Any Netflixers watch Hemlock Grove? No but I just finished ep 2 of House of Cards. This show is awesome.

Anyone regret slashing National Weather Service budget now?

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 16, 2013 -> 12:23 AM) http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20658669,00.html Star Trek review from Entertainment Weekly, an A. Why single them out in particular when there are a plethora of more respected reviewers? They're sort of the People Magazine of entertainment news. *shrugs*

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ May 16, 2013 -> 06:55 AM) All about $$$ Never mind the record $625 million offer, a $490 million arena deal and a fantastic ownership group in Seattle.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 10, 2013 -> 12:33 PM) Yeah was looking at Summer Fest as Ice Cube is going to be there. Unfortunately ive already spent to much on concert tickets this summer. You must be the last remaining Ice Cube fan alive.

QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ May 16, 2013 -> 06:09 AM) The NBA REALLY doesn't want the Kings to leave Sacramento. Owners keep Kings in Sacramento The Maloofs strike me a people who might just fold the team to piss of the NBA. So has Stern now set the precedent that no NBA team can ever be relocated? If a team like the Kings with virtually no memorable history and was only in that town since the 80s can not be allowed to move then what does that say about any other franchise? Apparently moving a team like Seattle who was around for 40 plus years in one city and had even won a title there could move to a podunk town in Oklahoma but the illustrious legacy of the Kings could not be touched. f*** David Stern.

I can't recall being so indifferent about a Sox team. I rarely even check the box scores anymore. *yawn*

Am I the only one here who watches Veep? Such a good show. I'm surprised I never see anyone mention it in this thread.
-
Probably the only reason I even check the box score these days is to see how Sale is progressing. This team is difficult to follow these days. :/

QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ May 12, 2013 -> 01:49 PM) it's May 12th guys, the weather has yet to even really heat up. With the pitching we have and the fact that we're ONLY 6 games out I don't see why we can't compete this year. We probably don't have enough to actually catch the Tigers but I can certainly see us being competitive this year. We've seen Lexi carry this team at times, Dayan has the potential to get hot and carry the team, Beckham coming back could be a positive thing, Dunn has shown signs of light lately, and hopefully PK starts to turn it around at some point. If we can swing a trade at some point for a quality catcher I think we can be an above .500 team. Out of the blue they'll stop committing 9 errors per game?

QUOTE (farmteam @ May 9, 2013 -> 06:42 AM) Hasn't he been featured on a fair amount of Kid Cudi stuff, or am I thinking of someone else? You're thinking Chip Tha Ripper

Chicago's Chance the Rapper with a very solid mixtape, "Acid Rap".

The finale for The Americans was awesome. Great first season.

If this Honami rumor comes to fruition then I've found my next phone.

QUOTE (Brian @ Apr 30, 2013 -> 07:46 PM) Had some problems with a character in the end but really enjoyed "Place Beyond the Pines". I didn't think the 3rd act was as strong as the rest but overall a good movie.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 30, 2013 -> 01:12 PM) Brags on Facebook about how much time not watching sports gives him. Watches shows he hates. A DVR'd show can be between 20 and 45 minutes when you skip commercials. I'd only watch live sports and that can be 3 hours plus.

QUOTE (MEANS @ Apr 30, 2013 -> 12:40 PM) probably like me, because i've tortured myself with that crappy show all season, why give up on it at the final? This

QUOTE (pittshoganerkoff @ Apr 30, 2013 -> 08:54 AM) I thought the season finale of The Following was good. It'll be interesting to see what they do next season. I'll be watching the finale tonight. And there is 0% chance that I'll ever watch that godawful show again.

QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 30, 2013 -> 01:21 AM) Root and uninstall the useless ones. Probably something like 10% or less of people know how to do...let alone even know what you're talking about. They might as well sell that as an 8GB device.

QUOTE (Jake @ Apr 29, 2013 -> 06:40 PM) He did do that. Except most NBA players don't announce that they are having premarital sex. But he did say that those who have premarital sex are similarly living in sin. I don't recall his tirade of Wilt Chamberlain let alone the plethora of players who fathered multiple children without ever getting married. Sure he made a passing comment today but he never felt that he had to proactively comment on their un-Christian ways like he did with his anti-homosexuality stance. EDIT: f*** that guy. I hope he gets fired and struggles to land work.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 29, 2013 -> 03:08 PM) I'd like to think of it as discriminating against him for lecturing others based on his religious beliefs, but whatever works. I don't have to eat at Chick Fil A, I don't have to leak my info to Chris Broussard. With all of the bullying of kids these days and high suicide rates, the last thing we need is this douche on TV hammering the point that being gay is wrong/bad.

The GS4 has 8.8gb of available space right off the bat on their 16gb model phone. I guess all of those useless gimmicks in their software takes up a ton of space.
