  1. Well that's the thing... I probably have 10-15 White Sox t-shirts. I want to get a Cubs Suck one, lol!
  2. I don't think it's wasting my money because they will forever suck... So it's not like the fact of the matter is going to change, plus I REALLY WANT ONE!
  3. Hey guys I'm from New York and am a big Sox fans and it just happens that two of my roommates next year for college are Cubs fans so I thought I'd do the right think and by myself a Cubs Suck T-shirt. Unfortunately finding a plain grey one on the interent seems to be impossible. Does anyone here know of any places online these type of shirts (preferably grey Cubs Suck shirts) like the ones sold around US Cellular, etc. online? Thanks a lot guys! I'd appreciate it very much if you sent me the link via AIM (my screen name is "Mikehock7) or you can e-mail me too (My e-mail address is mwolfson@indiana.edu) THANKS AGAIN... Go White Sox!
  4. Aaron will be there... Everyone will be there. It's a tradition and as much as I don't agree poltically with President Bush its something everyone on the White Sox will attend. Except maybe Ozzie because of his relationship with Hugo Chavez, one of Bush's harshest critics (for good reason in my opinion). The off-season is way too long. I want the season to start already
  5. in someones profile they have a windows media made at home type celebration of the white sox world championship (more like a slide show type with music) and i remember seeing it and loving it and wanted to see it again and/or download it... please respdond to this post if that was you or if you know of that person please reply... thanks and nice job by the way

  7. oh yeah, definitely while i'm on winter break from college i was walking around new york city not-wearing anything that said white sox on it and some guy wearing a white sox hat is walking in my direction and i just said Nice hat. He smiled... it didn't make my day but maybe its different me growing up in NY being a white sox fan. GO SOX
  8. The thing is I know that Kenny says he's looking for two very good pitching prospects in return but I don't know if that's what we really need or want. I know that our farm system definitely needs improvement after all these recent trades but I think giving up on Garland at this point for two good prospects is not the answer.
  9. QUOTE(timotime @ Dec 17, 2005 -> 12:43 AM) dont count a your gift horses in the mouth...or something Ummm... What does this mean?
  10. Hey guys, this is my first post in a while as I am still "hoovering" 2 feet above ground due to the White Sox World Series championship. I rarely post but check the site many times a day to read what people have to say and I have come to a conclusion especially after the trade for Javier Vazquez that everyones thinking we should trade Jon Garland immediately. I agree that trading him, now with his contract situation at where it is would be the most beneficial but why not hold on to him and go with a five man rotation made up everyone but McCarthy (but have him get in some games whether starting or as a reliever) especially because as of now Mark Buehrle and Freddy Garcia will be pitching in the World Baseball Classic and our starters arms were used a lot last year (regular season wear and tare along with the postseason performances) and then trade Garland at trading deadline when some sucker-GM will give up two-three very good prospects for him. I know this could be helping another team but I think we could find a team in the National League to trade him to that might be willing to part with two pretty good pitching prospects or an everyday center fielder if Brian Anderson doesn't work or relief pitching help, etc. Thanks... - Mike
  11. QUOTE(GreatScott82 @ Dec 2, 2005 -> 11:15 AM) If the Mueller thing doesn't work out, whats the deal with Graffinino? I know he's not LH but he is still the super sub KW and Ozzie want. Great call man... even right after he made that error I heard that he was a a FA this year and he is the perfect hard-nosed new yorker and would be a great infielder off the bench
  12. I maybe crazy but am I the only here that thinks we could match any deal offered to Paulie and keep in Chicago along with making a trade for Delgado or Thome (to DH and play 1B on Paulie's off days) without increasing the projected payroll that much. I think that we could trade Marte and a few others to either of the Phillies or Marlins for one these guys and they would eat some of the contracts. Imagine 3batting third, Thome or Delgado then batting fourth Paulie...
  13. QUOTE(heirdog @ Nov 15, 2005 -> 02:24 PM) I remember you. You're the guy that looks like Jon Garland and there was a TV shot of you cheering that you posted on this site a few months ago. I was raised in Chicago but have lived in NY the past 7 years so its always good to see Sox fans at the Yankee game. I usually go with some seats I get comped from vendors (about 10 rows up to the right of the Yankee dugout). This year will be crazy since we are the champs and New Yorkers have a huge hard-on for Aaron Rowand so I'm sure it will be packed. Yeah, that was me with a few friends and my dad and brother... Only my friend and I were shown in that picture. Paulie tossed me a ball right after that. It was nice.
  14. Hey man, I am a college student at Indiana University and was born and raised in New York and my dad (who grew up in Chicago, the main reason I'm a white sox fan) take me and friends to the game every year at Yankee stadium. If you see six guys in the first six seats right behind the White Sox duggout wearing mainly white sox stuff that is us. If you've never been to yankee stadium i suggest you maybe see if you can take a tour around monument park, it's amazing... nothing beats the bronx, lol
  15. No words... all tears, words followed. Called my dad and told him I love him so much and more tears followed. It was an amazing thing to see
