  1. QUOTE(Balance @ Jan 5, 2007 -> 02:26 PM) I love B&B; I wish I could listen to them more often. If I'm lucky, I can sometimes catch the last half-hour of their show, but too often I'm at work. Silvy and Carmen are also very good; I like their show. do what i do... have a radio sitting in your office.
  2. DVR Series Recordings: Ebert & Roeper Man vs. Wild Oprah (the wife) Rob & Big other things we tend to set to record during the week as they come up.
  3. Silvy and Carmen are the best, but I do enjoy Boers and Bernstein. Their schtick is getting old though... you could listen to that show day in and day out and not hear much new stuff.
  4. He'll have a great year, because we have a backup to hit against lefties who also plays solid D now... more rest = better results.
  5. haven't thought about that prick in awhile...
  6. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Jan 2, 2007 -> 11:11 PM) Is it really necessary for the work you guys put into it? *ducks* yes
  7. It's been a very good interview thus far, KW is coming back for more and to take some phone calls. The thing that sticks out the most is him saying BMAC will be a very "serviceable" pitcher with the Rangers.
  8. why in the F would you leadoff miguel tejada? he's one of the best RBI men in the game. anyway, its not going to happen.
  9. Just so everyone knows, i heard the radio report from Bruce Levine. He brought up no new information at all, he just brought up the fact that the white sox had interest in baldelli at the winter meetings. He's just stirring the s*** for a story, but there has been nothing out of white sox camp that is new saying that they were interested in Baldelli.
  10. QUOTE(Cerbaho-WG @ Dec 28, 2006 -> 12:37 PM) He's better than Zito hmm, career stats say... no
  11. extrapolated over an entire season, canseco would have hit 34 homers and knocked in 104 RBI. I don't know why, but i will always like Jose Canseco, and I still remember how exciting it was when he stepped to the plate for that Sox team.
  12. id love it, i just doubt it happens.
  13. i got to 17 in a little over 10 minutes, but i quit now.
  14. unfortunately, someone is going to give him a 5-year deal bc everyone's a f***ing idiot.
  15. QUOTE(Middle Buffalo @ Dec 19, 2006 -> 12:30 AM) I downloaded it and it works fine. In the bottom right corner of each page it says "created using BCL easyPDF printer driver." A little tacky, but I only need it for some documents that I submit quarterly to the bank that lent me money for an apartment complex. Thanks much everyone, MB glad i could help. good luck.
  16. to answer your question... of course I would trade Mike f***ing MacDougal.
  17. QUOTE(Whitewashed in @ Dec 23, 2006 -> 11:50 PM) 1. You can have the best stuff in the world, and dominate in the minors (which Danks hasn't exactly done) and still be crap in the majors (Rauch.) Bmac has already transitioned at least decently. There are no guarantees with Danks. Jon Rauch never really had dominant stuff... a high 80's fastball and dogs*** for offspeed stuff doesn't really mean anything, he was tall, so people said "Randy Johnson." Most overrated spect in history.
  18. I just don't understand why you do this trade. B-Mac is only 23, has had plenty of Major League seasoning, and isanincredible starting pitcher.
  19. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Dec 21, 2006 -> 09:09 AM) Polly Shoresaka "Ah Brendan Frasier-san... wakey-up-ku" man. that's pretty good.
  20. i sure hope he can make that bail.
  21. from Globesports.com If you can get Rios for Vazquez, you do it in a heartbeat.
  22. I personally feel that Rios is the type of player you have to overpay for... 20 homers, 90 rbi, and 20 stolen bases is not far fetched for him... he's young and very talented, and could develop even more power... to the tune of 30 homers. id deal garland for him and a spect.
