  1. I post on a Chicago Blackhawks board that is very similar to this and has been around since 1995. Biscuit Babble
  2. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Jan 31, 2006 -> 09:03 AM) since your short on ppl i'll join... and the winner is ^^^^
  3. QUOTE(DukeNukeEm @ Jan 29, 2006 -> 12:32 AM) I smell pussy hahaha. thats f***ing funny im in by the way you b****es.
  4. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Jan 30, 2006 -> 07:57 PM) Their starting third baseman is Tony freaking Batista. 'Nuff said. exactly what I was going to say. Im thinking .225 at best, with more strikeouts that one can imagine. Think if they had held on to Bret Boone! That would be the worst infield in the majors, and could still be with 1B Morneau (big potential, bad so far) 2B Luis Castillo (best days way behind him) SS Jason Bartlett (needs to develop) 3B Tony Batista (as bad as they come) That real bad.
  5. QUOTE(Frank the Tank 35 @ Jan 30, 2006 -> 07:35 PM) A new rumor just popped up on the mlb.com boards and the philafans message board about a Phillies-Sox trade. Some radio personality out there put out an Abreu/Gavin Floyd for JC/Dye trade. Sounds equitable but also like bs. gavin floyd is a future stud.
  6. QUOTE(Felix @ Jan 29, 2006 -> 09:15 AM) Why would we trade a better shortstop for a worse shortstop? hahaha. thats pretty funny.
  7. QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Jan 27, 2006 -> 11:20 AM) She helped me pick out the cabinet...and the other items...but you are right, she is not a wife, yet. i was just kidding. it looks sweet, a perfect shrine. hopefully you will have reason to decorate another corner this time next year.
  8. I am a huge fan of the renovations that have taken place over the last few years. Instead of just being a ballpark, the Cell has become the White Sox park, with its own taste. I honestly believe, call me a homer if you will, that the Cell is one of the top 5 ballparks in the league. I love that place.
  9. Ah yes, how annoying the bandwagoners are. Try to ignore them, and just enjoy the fact that the White Sox are the f***ing World Champs.
  10. I love you big guy, but why did you have to go out like this? (note to reader, the saucy s*** is near the bottom)
  11. All last season I was waiting for the wheels to the Garland Express to fall off, but they didn't. Though he did not win as many games in the second-half, it was not because of his performance, but rather, a lack of offensive production. The sole factor that makes me feel great about Garland being back is the way he pitched against Los Angeles and Houston in the playoffs. On the biggest stage, he pitched two stellar ball games (especially in the LCS).
  12. QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Jan 26, 2006 -> 05:53 PM) This is my setup in the corner of my dining room. I figure I had to have an official shrine to 2005. What does I gots? I would bet not a wife...
  13. too much gay lightning, too many ugly attempts at thome in a sox jersey... let it die.
  14. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Jan 26, 2006 -> 12:36 AM) good I dont want that C crap.... that 'C' crap is for Boston and New York. The White Sox, and other "teams" just go out there, play ball, and let their managers be the captains.
  15. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jan 24, 2006 -> 09:24 PM) Mark Buehrle is not an ace. ok mr. baseball.
  16. QUOTE(sox-r-us @ Jan 25, 2006 -> 06:28 PM) So what happens IF either Kong (hip) or Thome (back, elbow)'s injuries flare up in the season to the point where they are done for the season and the A's are out of it by AS break. Do you trade for Big Frank? If yes, what do you give up? PS - I am not hoping or praying that Kong or Thome get injured. I believe what the Sox did was the correct thing in choosing Thome + Kong over Frank. tis a little early to be worrying about this.
  17. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Jan 24, 2006 -> 02:02 PM) I'm jealous too. She's only 21 or 22 years old too. I'll be watching her for a long time hopefully. her chest is about twice as large as it was a year ago.
  18. Lemieux was a fantastic individual. I have the luck of interning with the Blackhawks, and had the even better luck of seeing Mario skating on the ice during practice two weeks ago. He was out there smiling, having a good time, and truly being a mentor to Sidney Crosby, who seemed to idolize his every move. I don't think there is a better way for Mario to go out than to have his hands in creating the next One.
  19. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Jan 24, 2006 -> 01:40 PM) He is a better Ross Gload. I doubt Michaels hits .270 if he gets 500 AB's. This board brings up Ross Gload WAY too much. Gload sucks, has sucked, and always will suck. His late 2004 campaign was an aberration. I like Gload too, but he is not what so many think he can be.
  20. I love how the headline is "Red Sox get Coco Crisp," when the two better players are headed to Cleveland. Boy, the Tribe is going to be good soon (not that they already aren't.
  21. Tis a good day for anyone who listens to the Score.
  22. wow, go away. you called the pitcher a picture...
  23. QUOTE(maggsmaggs @ Jan 16, 2006 -> 11:01 PM) I want Davis, but he won't be available, so I want Lewis. Who do you guys like Lewis or Pope, or even Fasano/Byrd? According to ESPN's mockdraft Marcedes is our guy.
