  1. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 04:41 PM) That's when the meeting starts. Web site I thought was supposed to update at 7, not sure what time zone. I thought the announcement was supposed to be at 6pm ET?
  2. So - www.lebronjames.com in 28 minutes, or was that fake?
  3. Get that money, Melo. You can't roll hard like LBJ and even Dwight Howard who left that max extension cash on the table. Enjoy the nothing that you'll have with you in New York.
  4. QUOTE (bmags @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 02:57 PM) <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"> Dudes, it's over. YOu get NOTHING. Good DAY SIR. So the friend hasn't been with Melo in over a week? I believe Melo's staying in New York, but it still is weaksauce that this is the source being trusted.
  5. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 02:49 PM) did you get permission to use their theme music? And why no Mac character? That music is Heinz Kiessling's "Temptation Sensation,” a public domain song. That's why you hear it all over the place.
  6. Howdy everyone. Just a little update about what we're doing over here in Contentverse Marketing. An "It's Always Sunny" spoof.
  7. https://twitter.com/MIAMI_BOY305 Moving trucks at LeBron's Miami home.
  8. QUOTE (Charlie Haeger's Knuckles @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:43 PM) AJP to be designated for assignment. Let the AJ bulls*** begin. I was just coming here to say - uh, f***ing sign him!
  9. QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:48 PM) I dont buy that Melo is willing to stay in New York if Lebron takes a 2 year deal in Cleveland or Miami. Why would he waste two years of his playing career trapped in misery that is New York and hope that Lebron decides to take a deal in NY two years from now. If playing with Lebron is his end goal, he can easily tell NY to target Lebron in a S&T, ask Lebron he stay in Miami and sign with them outright, or force a S&T between NY and CLE to get him to Cleveland. Him waiting on Lebron for two more years so he can watch Bron win 2 more rings just doesn't make sense. He'd be 32 years old as well.
  10. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:26 PM) Just for you Steve. Melo to Chicago; With Lebron in Cleveland, Melo has no reason to stay put. Not enough talent available in FA next year for Phil to build an immediate winner, therefor, Melo tells Knicks today he will not return. Does not announce Bulls, rather says he's interested in both, to apply pressure to Knicks to work out S&T so they can receive something and Melo ultimately can get something very near a 4 year max from Chicago all while the Bulls return top talent and Knicks get at least some assets (and lots of payroll flexibility) for assisting Bulls. Well, couldn't he announce Bulls just like LeBron did with the Heat? Dan Gilbert swore up and down he'd never let LeBron get his money by participating in a sign-and-trade. LeBron announced Miami, then Cleveland did the deal (because you gotta get something). If Carmelo wants to be signed-and-traded to the Bulls, then he'd just announce he's chosen the Bulls. Then the deal gets made. Of COURSE the Knicks would take Boozer to get a couple of 1sts and Mirotic. It'd make no sense not to. So, if he really wanted to come to Chicago, which I'm growing increasingly doubtful, he could just so easily announce it and still know he's getting paid.
  11. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:21 PM) Deal. :-D
  12. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:21 PM) But you got to love it. I have zero problem with Lebron going home to Cleveland. None. I've also came to really like Lebron again. I think that'd be great. I, too, like LeBron, and I'd honestly be happy for Cleveland. It'd be rather unbelievable, though. Also, I'm increasingly nervous for what I care about - Melo to Chicago. Jason, please do another of your "I think the Bulls get Melo" posts with some reasoning so I can enjoy it. Seriously.
  13. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:20 PM) I might just jizz my pants. We could jizz in one another's hands and then shake hands...
  14. holy f*** balls this is crazy if bulls get melo i will cry too busy at work to pay enough attention (wow, time's have changed) someone come jerk me off
  15. QUOTE (Disco72 @ Jul 8, 2014 -> 01:55 PM) What online file storage set-up do people recommend? I'm looking for the simple ability to access documents from home, work, coffee shop, etc. These would be mostly Microsoft Office documents with some larger data sets as well. I don't plan on using it for photos, music, or video. I enjoy Drop Box's ease of use, but I do not really want to have to buy extra storage (my current storage needs are about 5-6 GB). I also could use Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive. I am leaning towards One Drive due to the relatively high free storage size, the fact that I am using Windows 7 and 8.1 on my computers, the apparently good file and folder syncing (as several reviews have pointed out), and the fact that my work might be moving to Office 365. I realize I'm probably way behind on this, so any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks! Google Drive is a no-brainer.

    QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 8, 2014 -> 10:39 AM) Finally caught up and finished the Challenge. What a disappointing ending. Laurel & Bananas, meh. At least Devyn managed to finish the final challenge. Her comedy was one of the only entertaining parts of the last few episodes. The reunion show was great.
  17. Gordon Beckham's still starting, so I imagine Flowers gets like 3 or 4 more seasons.
  18. NYDN - Frank Isola Here are a few interesting things to take from this article. Nothing entirely new to share at this point though.
  19. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2014 -> 09:09 PM) Uh, yeah you did. Link?
  20. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2014 -> 08:04 PM) So here's an interesting theory. What if Melo is using the Lakers as leverage for the Knicks to S&T him to Chicago? That's been discussed ad nauseum.
  21. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2014 -> 07:51 PM) And Steve, to be fair, you believed in LeBron 4 years ago and look how that turned out. We need you to be pessimistic this time. To be fair, I never thought LeBron was definitely coming to Chicago. I was certain he'd never go to Dwyane Wade's team when he could go to Chicago or New York.
  22. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2014 -> 06:35 PM) So you're saying we should just live with the status quo if we strike out on Melo and Love? I'd like to remind everyone that Joakim Noah is going to be 30 next year and is a free agent in 2016. We don't have a large window here. No, I'm saying you exhaust options for Melo first, before moving on... signing Chandler Parsons to an offer sheet locks up 12 million of cap space for 3 days. Signing him to an offer sheet for 8 million does this, too (which is what I think he's worth), and I'd rather see what happens with Melo. I believe in Melo.
  23. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 7, 2014 -> 06:29 PM) We'd be fine with Parsons, I think Steve understands that but Chandler isn't going to be the piece that wins us a title. This is exactly what I was saying. Teams with championship aspirations don't add Chandler Parsons at $12 mill per. That's that. If y'all are ok 50 wins and a 2nd round exit, which I'm not, then he's the guy you want.
