Take it easy, pal.

Great post. I think there’s folks around here who have never seen a winning team and are struggling with recognizing the construction of one.
-
Who is he blocking exactly? We need to reach for the stars- not hope Collins and Garcia get at bats.
-
Castellanos reminds me too much of JD Martinez before Detroit moved him. If you can get him, you do it. Could be a complete monster in a lineup of complete monsters.

Boner time

Keuchel to Sox, 3 years, 55.55 million; 4th year team option

I’m so much happier with Keuchel. At absolute worst, you’re getting an innings eater who’ll keep you in games. Ryu is already at the age where keuchel will be near the end of his deal - and is oft-injured. -
Those all seem very much like best case numbers.

Cool non-point here. -
Twins are desperate

Bring me Edwin Encarnacion. He’d be a sick addition. I don’t have much time for video games, but when I do- I will be playing MLB The Show with this team! Holy balls.
-
This would be such a stupid move for the Dodgers.

Positive thread. Let’s be positive. im blown away by where we’re at. We still need another bat and ideally we could find a way to have guys like Robert, Madrigal, and Kopech debut with the big club instead of waiting out service times.

Sign EE and find a taker for McCann. No need for him.

Why? He’s an emergency option by May. Holy shit. What an off-season! -

I think it's more coming to terms with the fact that the White Sox will never have and keep top talent. Kiss Moncada goodbye.
-
I can't believe how many people think TA's 2019 (.399 babip) won't wind up being an outlier. He's got a career 98 OPS+ (vs Lindor's 118) and will come back down to Earth.
-
You'll notice Mike Trout was extended (albeit no trade was involved, but he didn't test the market). It's about throwing the dollars on the table and giving them no choice. The Sox would never do that, of course.
-
Counter point: he's a top 10 player in baseball and is 26 years old and the White Sox could completely redefine their franchise by giving him an amazing extension and revitalize a saddened fanbase and go on to win 3 of the next 7 World Series. But fuck it. Money.

But they were 86 damn good posts.

I’m sure the fake Twitter feed in your MLB The Show franchise went nuts.
