  1. You call it wasted, but quite often players need time in the bigs to adjust. The difference here is him adjusting in August and September instead of April and May 2020 when I think there's a very real possibility the Sox are a top 5 team in the AL.
  2. At what point does a guy like thisbforce your hand? Deal some less important prospects for Boyd or Wheeler, call up a Robert, and let’s get us a wild card slot.
  3. Top 100 Midseason Prospects for 2019 Andrew Vaughn, 1B (CHW)- One of college baseball’s greatest hitters, Vaughn combines contact, on-base, and power. He projects to be a middle of the order bat for the next decade with the ability to ascend quickly. Previous Rank: N/A. Discuss.
  4. They definitely need vets, but I see that need more on the wing side. No way the Bulls should enter the Brogdon bidding, he's going to get a 20m offer sheet for sure. I'd be surprised if someone eats Kris Dunn, so he's likely our expensive backup point - though I did hear Bulls are still interested in Beverley as a stopgap vet.
  5. I'm just tickled pink after the Bulls' draft last night.
  6. That also sounds like bullshit. It's not like Eloy is a free agent. He's been with the club for a month+. Either he's hurt or this isn't real. Either way, this would be wrapped up by now.
  7. So is this all just bullshit? Seems odd it's not "done".
  8. I don't want this to happen, but listening to the team's feedback and the smoke signals being sent out - OBJ may be in play.
  9. Trade then 27 year old Khalil Mack and 24 year old Amari Cooper to "rebuild" Trade for Antonio Brown, who turns 31 in time for training camp Gruden gonna Gruden
  10. On day one, he said he wanted 10/300. The Sox dicked him and the fans around for 2.5 months, and the Padres said "fine, we'll take a franchise player" and came in and got him. The Sox failed to land the second biggest free agent of all-time over $1.5m annual salary.
  11. I think that's it for me for awhile. The White Sox as presently managed do not want to compete in today's market. So I don't want to spend my time on them.
  12. Hey, at least we have Jon Jay and Yonder Alonso!
  13. He spun it weeks ago. "We still had a great offseason". This franchise is broken. Money should not have stood in the way.
  14. Me too. The guy is so defensive and also rewriting history.
  15. Orlando just scored the Fultz lottery ticket. They paid a steep price, though, and it's one I wouldn't have been excited to see the Bulls pay.
  16. Good luck finding someone willing to give you picks for Jabari Parker or Bobby Portis, lol.
  17. We're talking about Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis here. This trade was a win no matter how you slice it up.
