I am sorry to hear this.

I've gained some weight since the kid came - about 15 lbs. Nothing huge. But I've noticed something new that sucks - heartbearn. Like, I can't breathe or function, kill me now heartburn. It happened for the third time last night. I've been using Nexium but doesn't seem to help. Seems to be happening once a month. The last two times were on evenings after I had an evening workout (and didn't eat anything after 6pm) - when I went to bed it just rushed on me with no stopping - Tums do nothing. Last night's came with a bad bout of back spasms. Awesome. Anyone got any tips other than lose the weight?

We will see. Negotiations were nil, got 2k under ask all cash. They didn't even do an inspection! They have to move out of their house tomorrow, so I'm guessing the close will happen. Heading over to the old homestead to do a few last minute things tonight. Been a long year - in a temp townhouse now. Ready fast forward two months except for the fact that Birdie is so adorable right now that I want to pause her at 6 months for awhile, too. Tomorrow at this time I'll be feeling pretty good. Then just have to get to closing on this 5 bed, 3 bath in glen ellyn.

Real estate moguls. I close on the house I am selling on Wednesday. First time I've sold a house - I took the mount off the wall and it left some fairly annoying pieces and a well-maintained hole to the other side. The final walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday morning. Should I be worried about this? They can put a new mount on the wall over it fairly easily, but do we think this is something that can kill the deal?
