  2. The hour's approaching to give it your best, and you've got to reach your prime That's when you need to put yourself to the test, and show us a passage of time We're gonna need a montage! MONTAGE! Ooh, it takes a montage! MONTAGE! Show a lot of things happening at once, remind everyone of what's going on! And with every shot show a little improvement, to show it all would take too long! That's called a montage! MONTAGE! Ooh, we want a montage! MONTAGE! In anything that we want to go, from just a beginner to a pro We need a montage! MONTAGE! Even Rocky had a montage! MONTAGE! MONTAGE! MONTAGE! Anything that we want to go, from just a beginner to a pro We need a montage! MONTAGE! Ooh, it takes a montage! MONTAGE! 4. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Aug 27, 2005 -> 12:05 AM) "Believe it or not, George isnt at home, so leave a messaaaaage at the beep. Believe it or not, I'm not hoooooooooome!" My brother has that as his voicemail message, its is so obnoxious. Plus, his name is actually George.
  5. My brother wants to post on soxtalk, but he needs a good avatar for his desired name... "The Human Borch" So, being the noob that i am at photo shop, i was wondering if i can ask one of you photoshop wizards to help me create a good avatar. What we are looking to do is to take the body of the human torch and put borchards head on top. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  6. sup fellas, just got back from chicago... It's nice to see the sox put some runs on the board.
  7. Yesterday was my first sox game since 2002. First of all, let me say that the organization has done a spectacular job on the renovations. The new roof looks great and so does the outside of the stadium. As usual, the sight lines were excellent. We had tickets on the 500 level right behind home plate. The atmosphere was great mainly because of the 37,000 fans in attendance. The game started slowly for the sox, but the bottom of the seventh was a magical moment, it gave me chills actually seeing Joe Crede hit like that. What A Game! I look forward to going to thursday's game against boston, and hopefully seeing another white sox victory. This has been a great start to my chicago vacation.
  8. what section will you be in, cuz im always up for a free shirt.
  9. Hopefully Ozzie brings in Jenks in the 8th during a Sox killing of the tigers to throw some nice chin music to Maggs !
  10. I will be at the game and am going to make magglio feel right at home... :finger
  11. QUOTE(SHAFTR @ Jul 14, 2005 -> 03:56 AM) Welcome. FYI. I'm a Wisconsin guy, so I was at the game and stormed the field after my Badgers upset your Defending National Champs, Buckeyes. Ugh, that was a bad game. You're just lucky we don't play you this year cuz you guys have nobody. Anyway, we'll come up to camp randall the next year and give you a solid whoopin.
  12. QUOTE(whitesox91403 @ Jul 14, 2005 -> 02:10 AM) Welcome aboard. What are the dats of the games you are going to? I will also be there against those teams? You can get the shirts outside the stadium from the sellers on the street. For the Boston game its the 23rd, cuz i want my white sox beach towel! For Detroit its the 19th.
  13. Wassup guys, new poster here, have been lookin around the site and then decided to sign up after hawk's shout out. I'm orginally from Chicago but now i live in Columbus, Ohio. I am visiting Chicago soon and am going to 2 Sox games, one vs the tigers and one vs the bo sox. Anyway, i just want to put any ideas to rest that i am a bandwagoner, cuz i've been a sox fan all my life and finally the white sox are having a season to remember. (besides 2000) Edit: Also, I was interested in those "He Gone" shirts, where do you buy them?
