Also, make a fooking effort to improve your performance - everyone and their dog can tell most of our hitters approach has been abismal lately. PULL EVERYTHING. You'd think that after 2 consecutive double plays (against a AAA pitcher) Paulie would consider going the other way for a base hit. This team gives the impression that they are entitled to win - and that they don't have to work for it. They will be in for a rude awakening in a month if they don't have a drastic change in performance and attitude.

Oh my. I don't know why I'm surprised.

I'm not too concerned with the lack of hitting the first time around the lineup, but I expect MUCH better results the second and third time through as they adjust. Hopefully they deliver this inning.
