  1. QUOTE(whitesoxfan13 @ Oct 15, 2005 -> 10:13 PM) Hell f***in' yeah! Hopefully this time tomorrow we will all be looking towards the World Series... I want to be watching the NLCS not because it's the best thing on, but because I'm trying to see who we'll be facing. Just one more win and we're in.
  2. Three complete games in a row!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
  3. QUOTE(S720 @ Oct 14, 2005 -> 01:31 PM) Here was the player dashing to 1B like a mad man and who didn't give a damn to what other players or TV viewers thought of him. All that was in his mind was trying to get his team another chance to win the game! And one thing about AJ running like a mad man... He is a very slow base runner. They could have easily gotten him out if they tried, but they assumed that he was out, so they let him run. Did you see in the video where the 1st baseman puts his hands up as if to say "What the f*** are you doing? You're out." and then he just keeps walking to the dugout.
  4. FOX is pulling for the Angels. They just said to wake up the primate. Let's not wake it up, let's kill it in its sleep!!!!
  5. HELL YEAH!! Come on Freddy, give us a 2 game lead tomorrow!
  6. This was an awesome game! The bats finally woke up, and Garland gets the CG.
  7. QUOTE(knightni @ Oct 13, 2005 -> 02:58 AM) Question: If 3rd and 1st were empty... why doesn't the guy making the play at 2nd on Crede not have to tag him? You'd think that stepping on the bag wouldn't be enough, kinda like when a player gets picked off at 2nd or 1st and they have to tag him first instead of just having their foot on the bag. On a caught ball, it's a force out back to the bag.
  8. When you look at the super slow motion replay from center field, you can see the ball bounce off of something. When you see the side view, the catcher is holding his glove in a vertical position. It could not have been his glove that it bounced off of. It had to have been the dirt. AJ to first, keep playing.
  9. QUOTE(White Sox Josh @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 10:05 PM) yeah but i think he dropped it right after he caught it. He sort of covered it up with his glove and didn't notice it. On FOX's super slow-mo, it looked like the ball bounced before he caught it. Now the Angels will be b****ing for the rest of the series.
  10. All right. I'm leaving Soxtalk for the night. I'm just going to curl up in a ball and myself to sleep. Good night everybody.
  11. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 09:26 PM) Lets chop off his head and give it as a sacrifice. The Rally Crede or Greg The Bull Luzinski?
  12. flies out to Rowand. time to score some f***ing runs.
  13. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 02:29 PM) Actually I would like to go. What is it, about 6 hours from Chicago? It is about 180 miles, straight line.
  14. This cartoon was on the front page of today's Des Moines Register. Just thought I'd share it.
  15. I'm going to miss the first hour or so of the game. I won't be near a computer or a TV. I'm going to go insane. About 8:30 I will be running the half mile back to my dorm to watch the remainder of the game. LET'S GO SOX!!
  16. I may be depressed after that game last night, but I'm still optimistic. We'll win the series. There are six games left in this series, and we only need to win four. We can do it. COME ON MARK!
