  1. Yeah, this is what gives me pause. We are so far behind on the position player side right now, and even if we trade them in here like we did Moncada, Robert, and Eloy, what happens when they have their struggles? Are we now somehow equipped for them? Because I don't see it.
  2. Look, this could be the crazy time where it actually does happen, but every single time I can recall saying "we should be fine with what we have coming" it has ended up being 100% dead wrong. For whatever reason, it just doesn't happen like this in real life. I remember looking at Reynaldo Lopez, Lucas Giolito, Michael Kopech, Alec Hanson, Dane Dunning, Carson Fulmer, Ian Hamilton, Zach Burdi, and Dylan Cease the same way.
  3. In almost all cases a clean break is way better than tendon tears.
  4. Take Benintendi? No. Please? No. We will give you him for his contact? Hahahahaha, no.
  5. How long have had this post queued up for? Like 3 months now?
  6. I did. It isn't true. Just watch him struggle.
  7. To BS land if you believe Eloy is running at 100%
  8. Literally every IF on that list a major question mark.
  9. He has all of the physical tools to be a #1 starter. Big arm, big strong frame, fast twitch muscle to spare, 102 top fastball, plus he had an outrageous slider. By all indications he should have been Paul Skenes before he got here.
  10. I disagree fully. Michael Kopech has more raw talent then just about anyone in baseball. He is just missing something between the ears to use it.
  11. Thankfully we fired that guy, right? Right? https://chicago.suntimes.com/white-sox/2024/06/29/how-white-sox-development-plan-is-working-for-jonathan-cannon
  12. Bowl of room temperature dog water would work.
  13. Like Stacey King always tells us, KYP, Know Your Personnel.
  14. Eloy already tore a Hamstring just thinking about running out on the damp field.
  15. Starting to see our 2nd half bullpen come together
  16. He also gave up more hits JUST under someone's glove than anyone I can remember.
