  1. Maggs was 416 feet. Farmer and Rooney think that Frank got ripped off distance wise, they said it either hit the concourse or hit the top row of seats and went onto the concourse.
  2. Its all good here's to #400 being soon.
  3. MAGGLIO DOES YARD WORK TO CF, 3-0 SOX!!!
  4. FRANK THOMAS DOES YARD WORK ONTO THE CONCOURSE!!! 2-0 SOX!!!
  5. .... where did Alomar win a ring? With Toronto? 1992 and 1993 with the Jays Hmmm...good call. Hopefully he can instill some winning spirit in these guys. It's not a matter of knowing how to win -- it's a matter of going out and doing it. WTF? Magglio's arm sucks. That throw to 3rd base from RF 3 hopped to 2nd base. Hopefully he wasn't trying to get the runner. I have noticed that the Sox infielders run plays on throws from the OF where the IFers get about halfway between a base and if the throw is on, or if they have a chance to get someone going to another base they cut if off, if it is good they let it go through

  8. No one said that about Frank, Frank is the one who is talking about swinging for the fences. Read this again.
  9. LMAO! nice.... You can still put your PTC's in early if you like [/cheap plug for PTC]
  10. I was just reading one of the Texas boards and they are pretty convinced that Rupe and Webster will be the guys that the Rangers pick. Anyone else heard anything?
  11. This thread needs to KILL or be KILLED
  12. Yes unfortunately these guys have made their return to Comiskey. But you can still do your part, if you see them, tell them to sit the hell down and watch the damned game!
  13. Doubtful. If he can't be signed he goes back into the draft and gets picked by someone in the top 5 who can afford him
  14. What a f***ing idiot, someone needs to get that assholes ISP so that every victim can tear him apart for doing why he did.
  15. Give Alomar a break on that play. He did the right thing by waiting to see if the ball was caught, there for not allowing him to score from 2nd. It was hard play to judge. If he didn't wait and took off at the 1st minute and the RF would have made the catch then you would be on here saying what a terrible mistake because he should have waited to see if he had made the catch. No no no, i meant the hit by the Indians that Maggs did a slide for that he didn't get to. I thought Alomar could have gotten there easily, but he pulled up and let Maggs run a mile for it The baserunning play by Alomar was the right play, no doubt. That is Maggs call. If Alomar gave up on it, it had to be either because he had no chance on it, or Maggs called him off.
  16. The base running mistake of Lee, was matched by Milton Bradley so essentially it washed in the end.
  17. But Bonds also is hitting WAY over 300 now (370 in 2001) and prides himself on taking walks. Frank is saying that he isn't going to take as many pitches anymore.
  18. July 19th, Graffanino had the highest score with his 8 points, but no one picked him, The next highest score went to Crede with 7 and was picked by just cwsox. July 20th Frank Thomas led the onslaught with 15 points, and was followed by Ordonez with 12 and Graffy and PK with 9. The only picker of Big Frank was Rafacosta. July 21st Joe Crede had the highest score with his solo HR giving him 6 points, but no one picked him. The runner up and official winner was Magglio with 5 points, who was picked by cwsox and whitesox247.
  19. Jose had the players doing the wave in the dugout
