I have nothing against us starting on the road. I like the idea of not having baseball in Chicago in March! Hopefully it will be 30 degrees warmer by Friday so I don't freeze my ass off on openning day.

Is how flat we looked today. There really didn't look like a lot of emotion. For godsakes its openning day. It looked like we were in a mid summer fog today. No one really seemed to be into it. If we see a couple more of these kind of outings can a Manuel firing be far behind?

Two walks in two innings. Very unusual for him. One was a close pitch though.

Texas has played at "home" a few times this tournament also, it happens. TX was also a #1 seed. OU got the shaft being a #1 seed playing a road game to a #3 seed. If anyone deserved the advantage it is the #1 seed.

Jose is going to make his errors, because he is aggresive, and that is fine with me. Now if he ever got into one of those modes where he was making stupid errors, then I would be pissed off too.

Did anyone read yesterday's Trib? They said we only made 20 errors in the spring which is 23 LESS than last years spring. I think we might be pleasantly surprised.

They also screwed OK by putting them in for a "home" game against Cuse to go to the final 4!

They need a leader. Unless they can pick #1 or #2 they need to put a package together for someone who has some guts and can play some defense. There is no reason to ever lose a game by 51 points!
