  1. Knowing you it's bad because the answer is Singer in your opinion. Singer and Madrigal were the two guys I wanted the Sox to avoid.
  2. Who would you rather have Singer or Madrigal? Remember when that was a question?
  3. A lot of people have hit on why I'd rather trade for Bundy over Lynn: 1. Cost 2. I just looked up Bundy vs Lynn in peripherals and Bundy is better in that aspect. 3. Age. Also, Bundy is likely to continue to get better and Lynn is likely to get worse.
  4. It's not a coincidence that Bundy figured it out once he got out of Baltimore.
  5. If they're going to make a trade, Bundy has 3 very good to elite secondaries. I don't believe in Lynn's transformation one bit and like others have said his peripherals are among the worst in in his career. I'd rather they stand pat and hope for the best with what they have. I wouldn't even trade Stiever straight up for Lynn.
  6. Yep, his other pitches are really good. I was speaking to those that were concerned about him throwing 90-91. I've watched a bunch of Bundy's starts and he still gets ks on the fastball. The slider is elite. One of the few RHP with both a good curve and slider.
  7. Never. He's 33 and you can't count on it continuing. He'd have to be valued as a pure rental. I'd be more willing to buy Bundy at age 27. I'm not willing to acquire Lynn for anything more than scraps. Anything decent is a massive overpayment.
  8. No I have. Honestly I'd rather Bundy than Lynn, if they're going to trade for someone there. He's still young enough that he could get some of his fastball back and he has elite spin on it.
  9. Because just like Bundy I don't think he's actually this good.
  10. Yeah, but he's stretched about the same as Lopez. If they'd stretch Lopez they should be able to stretch Peralta.
  11. Why? He's more of a long play and he misses a lot of bats.
  12. Stay the course and sign a pitcher this winter when they only cost cash.
  13. Slim to none, and slim left the picture a while ago. But honestly negative 20%
  14. Anyone else notice that Cordero's stuff drops off dramatically when he pitches on consecutive days? Not today obviously, but you get the picture.
  15. If you can't hit a fastball you can't play in the majors.
