I wonder if they can salary dump Pollock for a 5th starter. I really want Nimmo and Colas as corner OF next year. Would also give the Sox 3 OF capable of playing CF. I think that Nimmo is a pipedream though unless Jerry allows a similar budget for next season as this one.

We used to go to 2 games a year when I was a kid. I remember Norberto Martin (and Gene Honda announcing him) I remember going to a game in late May when Karko was hitting .092. As bad as Moncada's first 6 weeks were, Karko's were worse that year. ( I think it was '96)

Yessir. I would have loved to have gone to one of those in that 5 year span. I was in HS and my dad refused to pay for tix as they were really expensive.

Sox-Cubs was a huge deal and a ton of fun from 2000-2004.
