QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 27, 2007 -> 01:49 PM) Ok, ill take your grain of salt....Wright is staying the kid actually values an education as well. I'm not saying I don't believe you, but we always here this kind of talk before the season ends. Wouldn't suprise me if he stayed, wouldn't suprise me if he left. -

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 27, 2007 -> 01:45 PM) No, Wright has already said he is staying. He is getting his degree in 3 years. I also am close to his mother and she is saying he is staying as well. I see Arthur the most likely to leave. I'd still take that with a grain of salt right now, saying he would probably be a top 10 pick. -

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 27, 2007 -> 11:41 AM) Man if this team can stay together with the addition of Reed and Aldrich, yikes. Right now it looks like the only one who will go pro is Wright. Wouldn't count out Rush leaving though. -
IHSA Class AA basketball tournament

Well it starts tonight, here are all the brackets. http://www.ihsa.org/activity/bkb/2006-07/2bracket.htm Anybody got a favroite that's not Simeon? I would be suprised if Loyola didn't get downstate. -
QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Feb 24, 2007 -> 11:49 AM) well, at least they still haven't bothered to make the white sox jerseys accurate. i don't know where they got the idea that there are white lines going down the front. It sickens me how games can't even get the jerseys right (and not just this one). What a joke. Even if I was thinking of buying the game, which I'm not, seeing the Sox jerseys f***ed up would change my mind.

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Feb 26, 2007 -> 01:59 AM) I'm really not sure what the beef with that article is....any self respecting and realistic Illinois fan will tell you the team is mediocre, and is going to finish 3rd in the league somehow. As for Kansas....they are probably the best team I've seen not named UCLA the last few months (UCLA has been just as impressive in a better league, and has more experience), but I've seen too many great Kansas teams, including a few better than this one, lose in March. UCLA has been pretty damn impressive, just don't get the hype the UNC's and Ohio St's of the world get. They will probably get to play in Sacramento and San Jose and have four home games, just like last year. And I had no problems with Ohio St. storming the court when they just won the big ten. Just out of curiosity, whens the last time the Illini fans stormed the court? -

QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Feb 25, 2007 -> 11:07 PM) St. Joseph's would be the last "mid-major" team to get such a high seed, would they not? Gonzaga was a #2 back in 2004, and I consider Memphis a MM and they were a #1 last year. There have been other instances-Temple was a 2 in 2000, UMASS a 1 in 96. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. There have been a lot of MM's get three's as well. -

QUOTE(Brian @ Feb 25, 2007 -> 10:58 PM) I don't think they will make SIU a #2. The committee still considers them a mid major and would never seed one that high, IMO. Every year mid-majors get screwed in seeding. Who thought the Salukis would be an #11 last year? That being said if they win the valley tourney they probably get a #3, hopefully they get to play in Chicago and St. Louis. -
QUOTE(CryptviLL @ Feb 25, 2007 -> 09:00 PM) You serious? How can a thing like PP not allow certain countries? It worked fine for me . Do you mean, money wise? I haven't tried any money yet, i've just done free tournaments. probably money wise.

QUOTE(CryptviLL @ Feb 25, 2007 -> 06:02 PM) Party poker ---> Cryptvill Absolute poker (my favorite) --> Cryptvill both good for tournys, I like Absolute poker because of there "Absolute Swag Freeroll." Its a tournament, every night at 11:15pm EST, and they give away actual prizes (freeroll), for top 5 like Hats, Shuffler etc. Obviously not great prizes, but hey, its something to play for. I thought PP didn't allow U.S. players anymore?

Every time I hear stuff like that I just remember October 26, 2005. I guess everybody who said the Sox would become Chicago's team after that was wrong though. I could care less though.

So, all the online players, where do you play at? I just started playing at Bodog. I wouldn't say it's as good as Pokerstars or Full tilt, but it's a good site. They send you check free of charge when you cash out, and the minimium deposit is only $20. One of the reasons I don't play at full tilt is they make you deposit $50 every time. The tournaments are pretty sweet too.

QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ Feb 25, 2007 -> 03:07 PM) Down 16 and still fouling. Come on St. John's. And CBS, this isn't a game. Switch over for God's sake. Worst thing about basketball, I wish they had some kind of rule against it. -

granted KU hasn't beaten a good team lately, but they are MURDERING the teams that they are playing. And KSU is a bubble team. -

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 24, 2007 -> 07:56 PM) Kansas is just awesome baby, ever since we discovered Sherron, unstoppable. When I fill out my bracket there is a good chance I will be picking them to go all the way. They were my preseason pick too. -

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 11:14 AM) memphis is good, that is all. Just wait until next year when they return every starter, only lose one contributor (Hunt), and add Rose. -

QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Feb 22, 2007 -> 06:24 PM) Read the first fifteen posts or so -- I was under the impression that the school got rid of this because they wanted to host something or other? Read that in the paper this morning. What's the story there? Didn't read the article, but I imagine they were talking about an NIT game. -
QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Feb 22, 2007 -> 11:55 PM) ^^^ I pray they get this one right, because I need a new MLB game. What you could do is buy a maxdrive from bestbuy (it's like $30) and download GREAT current rosters online for MVP 2005. I think you can even get uniforms and stadiums and stuff like that.

Butler loses to Loyola. Right now I say they should get a 7-at best. -
MVP 2005 will always be the best game out there. From the picture it looks like the wall is green, if that's the case I need to find a game that actually gets the cell right.
