  11. My family and I had a Blast today The National Anthem was as loud as I remember it at the Stadium and our seats were alot better than I thought they'd be. My kids are already asking when we can go again.
  12. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Feb 28, 2008 -> 07:20 AM) Where should I meet you guys Section 227 at the UC is nice seats. They have a waiter/ress that works each of those sections, so theoretically you never have to leave your seats if you don't want to. Its also a smaller section with less people in it, and more of a season ticket holder crowd. You'll enjoy it, just don't expect it to be like the Madhouse on Madison. It is definately a more sterile experience. Kinda like going from Old Comiskey to the New. So this section is like the 300 level sections at the Cell. I sat up there once and it was nice. Not alot of traffic up there, plus I got to shake Minnie Minnoso's hand
  13. I'm going to be in Tennesse that week and thought it would be pretty neat to go to the game. That's until I saw $30.00 for the cheap outfield seats It wouldn't be so bad except I'd have to buy 7 tickets.
  14. At least at the United Center I shouldn't have to sit behind a beam I did that twice at the Stadium.
  15. I don't get caught up in all the numbers, either. But before the internet I wasn't able to follow the Knights or the Barons. I now know a kid before he's brought up in September. I also go to see the Knights when they are in Indy, Toledo or Columbus. Before the internet I wouldn't have a clue to their schedule
  16. I looked up tickets for a couple of games last year and there was good seats available the day before the games. This year it looks like everybody (including me) have found an interest in the Hawks.
  17. I don't have the best seats, I'm sitting in section 227, but my son and I are excited to just go. thanks for your help.
  18. Thanks, Do you know what time they let in before the game?
  19. The last time I went to see the Hawks, Dennis Savard was playing for them I went alot in the late 80's to the Stadium, but I've never been to the United Center. I'm taking my family to Sundays game. I'm coming up I94 from Indiana and I was wondering if I can exit right on to Madison? Also, the game is at 2pm. How early do they let you in?
  20. QUOTE(almagest @ Feb 16, 2008 -> 01:39 AM) Seems like someone reports 25 lbs lighter to camp every year. Didn't Uribe already do this like 5 times? Everyone but Bobby Jenks
  21. He's only 33 I thought he was older I'd really like to see Uribe traded and give Jason Bourgeois a chance to make the team.
  22. Besides Oakland, Ernie played a few games for Cleveland, Kansas City, Detroit and I believe Arizona. I'm not sure what minor league records he holds, but I remember hearing something about over 300 Homeruns. Now that he has retired, maybe BA can be the Knights DH
  23. There's our answer to Centerfield
