With Owens in CF and the season pretty much a tryout for 2008. Do we really need to bring Erstad back after his Rehab Assignment??? He went 0-4 last night and didn't even hit a ball out of the infield. He's batting .154 in 39 at bats. He even made an error on a routine grounder. I was at the Knights game last night and we sat a couple of rows away from a Scout for the Blue Jays. I didn't watch him the whole game but every time Erstad came up I did notice he was taking notes. Maybe, just Maybe we could get the Jays to take him for another Single A pitcher and a bag of balls

I just got back from Indy What a strange line-up tonight Vasquez has a stronge arm, he only hit 91mph on the radar gun, but in the 7th inning with 2 on he tried to field a bunt, (it kind of looked like the Detroit game) he juggled the ball then he threw it all the way into the Rightfield corner allowing 2 to score and the batter to get to 3rd base. The highlight of the game was seeing The Chicken punch Sisco in the Groin

I love Minor league Baseball I'm actually going to see the Knights play at Indianapolis tonight (2 hour drive). Where do the Philles' AAA team play this year? And where is Lehigh Valley, Pa? Iron Pigs; Steel Making??

Oilcan, that's a pretty crummy trip. I am taking a 2 hour trip tomorrow to see the Knights in Indy. I think Heath Phillips is pitching, which I hope not. This will be my 6th Knights game in the last 2 years and If Heath pitches it will be the 4th time I've seen him pitch. Oh yeah, the Knights are losing 4-2 going into the 9th.
