  1. You have to laugh, or cry...Bummer has been so not fun to watch. Pile up those Ls, boys.
  2. That AB just ....slid away from Eloy.
  3. Thanks, Santos. No Thanks, Middleton Sorry, Cease.
  4. Starting pitchers in the last 7 games, have to LOVE the work that the bullpen is putting in...
  5. LOL! 87mph changeup, RIGHT down the cock....
  6. Bullpen time...this will go well...
  7. Go ahead and print the playoff tickets, its a done deal now.
  8. 2 guys on the team, over an 800 OPS 2 guys on the team, over 17 walks for the season 2 guys on the team, over 321 OBP (Sheesh) 3 guys on the team, with double digit HRs Team is Fine...quit worrying...
  9. "Happy birthday, young man. We want to congratulate you on the opportunity to possibly pitch for the most overhyped team out there currently, and we welcome your astronomical walk rate to the Southside!"
  10. Aaron Bummer is very easy to dislike, with the endless walks.
  11. What, doesn't every team in their 'contention window' run out Tanner Banks and Nick Padilla on the mound?
  12. Yep, it is Romy. So we're content yet again, to have guys on the bench (TA) who can't play, but we have such a garbage organization/40 man, there is no reason to IL him.....no one there to replace him with. Please sell, Jerry.
  13. Please, for the love of all that is holy, don't go straight Sunday lineup mode. Let Remillard start for Elvis, and don't bat TA lead off....
  14. This team is still EXACTLY who we thought they were. Tired of hearing 'this may be the game that is the spark' blah blah blah. No, those type of games are just aberrations during an otherwise below average season of bad play.
  15. Colas can do what Frazier is doing, and at least there is still some mystery to his ability at the MLB level. Frazier is exactly who he has always been: a guy who might run into one occasionally, but mostly just strikes out, and plays bad defense.
  16. TA hasn't had enough time to straighten it out, clearly. All teams should strive for a leadoff hitter with a sub 600 OPS.
  17. All this organization sees with Sheets, is "Bats: L" and nothing else seems to matter.
  18. I will say, it is rather alarming, his lack of power this year. Even if he's "working on something" as everyone loves to say, he still should have at least run into a few more.
  19. At least Yoan made up for it at the plate! Can’t wait for the Moncada experience to come to an end in Chicago.
  20. Check back this time next week, we will probably be back to that.
  21. 5-1, mind you, going into the 8th.
