I'll also say, we've seen 2 guys shitcanned right off the roster, after they failed miserably. Did we EVER see guys released/DFAd quickly in the past? I'm not saying that is 100% Grifol, but it is definitely a new approach for this team.

I'm just glad we're able to give 'on the job' training to an aspiring manager, whilst also supposedly having the most competitive team we'll have anytime in the near past and future.
