CHSN to be available on antenna in Chicago
Harry Chappas replied to Heads22's topic in Pale Hose Talk
The Marquee Network blows CSN out of the water and it is actually amazing to see how little effort is put into a CSN production. I am sure whatever this new thing is will be as cheaply produced as possible. -
Happy (possible) 121 Day...How are you celebrating?

If I were cub fan I would certainly go. -
Sox have hired a director of "leadership and culture"

Two A level coaches that are not attributed to baseball ops were deemed the best in their field so there appears to be something positive. -

The renaissance of Lakeview/Wrigleyville was what turned the tide and essentially created a tidal wave of support. What Ricketts has done to further enhance that area is amazing. -
Moncada and Soroka going to AAA for rehab
Harry Chappas replied to southsider2k5's topic in Pale Hose Talk
His performance is 100% health related. He cannot stay on the field. Someone will take a flyer on him for $7M next year. -
I wasn't seriously advocating for Whitehair's return but Shelton is a disaster. If Bates injury in camp is why he didn't start week 1, fine but if they traded for him and were starting Davis and Shelton over him week one, that's concerning.

Williams will be fine. I am not certain what the coaching can do other then keep two tight ends in to block. The coaching on offense has been deplorable but this goes to Poles for paying Nate fucking Davis and thinking Coleman Shelton was the answer at center. I know Ryan Bates was to be in the picture but he wasn't the starter last week. Waldron is looking a lot like Getsy in bringing in his guy at center and it failing miserably. I miss Cody Whitehair. That being said the defense is amazing.

Nate Davis coumd be the worst football alive
-
Hes probably related to the white sox replay guy.

The offensive line is actually worse then last year. Two horrible challenges..

Reinsdorf releases statement to say he'll speak more later
Harry Chappas replied to Sleepy Harold's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I used to think there was a plan for positive direction with this franchise but that is no longer case I feel 100% that this is a completely rudderless ship of ineptitude. -

Without getting a top 10 pick being this bad was not intentional. -
That has passed through already. Literally cannot get any worse then the worst team in the history of the oldest sport in America.

Only hope is that other investors see that they are losing money now on their investment and get agitated. I now those that have been invested over a number of years are sitting pretty but if there are some that bought in recently are not seeing a return and probably a loss.

Skip Schumaker — Sox 1st choice at manager
Harry Chappas replied to WhiteSox2023's topic in Pale Hose Talk
It's him or the third base coach, that is it. While there are limited amount of these jobs, the White Sox are currently where people come for their career to die. -
Shelton is a complete disaster.
-
They look so lost.
-
Center was just destroyed on 3rd down play and O line looking bad.
-
On 3rd and short. Use whole play clock to run that play??????
-
Same as last season. Looking like last season.
-
I like the firing of people but Getz is in charge and he is awful at his job so it is not going to do much.

Yermin swinging on 3-0 was White Sox Pearl Harbor.
