He seemed always to be hurt when they sucked and he was used properly. -

There is no legitimate reason why he is such a fixture -

Cease and Kopech will never go deep into games as their stuff is too good but their control is a little off thus deep counts. 20 years ago both would be going 7 or 8 innings and throwing 130 pitches. -

Hutchinson in a groove. Career high in innings who'd of think it. I can't even watch moncada bat any longer. Garcia could be the worst and dumbest hitter to ever get 5/10 rights. -

He had to have had an MRI already I would think. Kopech had the results two hours after the game. -

Pollock should lead off every day for the rest of the season and DH to keep him healthy. I get moving Anderson back into that spot but I personally like Anderson at #2. How Leury Garcia ever batted leadoff ahead of Pollock even when Pollock was slumping is the most egregious of the many stupid decisions by this coaching staff. -

To me it feels that the White Sox are managed to take a game that they are down 3-1 and turn it into a 9-2 loss as well as lose a game 4-1 because we have three guys hitting under .200 batting 1st, 3rd and 5th in the lineup. You would think this would keep the bullpen fresh but alas it has not. -
And That's a White Sox Winner !!!!

The Tough Guy at Sammy's is an awesome pizza. Sammy's is a great option down there and worth the drive actually. -

Burger can DH, play a little third, first and maybe a cup of coffee in LF. He looks like he has a role on this team as does Mendick. Maybe it is because they seem to have decent at bats more times than not and are progressing. I'd love for Grandal, Yoan or Robert to carry the offense for a little bit as opposed to a 2-5 day with an RBI or two being a good game for them. -
Well my first game thread went well as Lance Lynn did what we have all wanted done all season......maybe Dallas wasn't all that wrong after all, he just wasn't bastard enough to do something about it to this coaching staff and their defensive positioning. Hopefully we have more than one MLB caliber reliever available today and if given the opportunity, use an MLB bat at DH as opposed to the back up catcher from Charlotte and the fuse may remain lit. Below is what ESPN has to say. I included injuries as I think we forget about the likes of Garret Crochet and we shouldn't Chicago White Sox (28-31, third in the AL Central) vs. Detroit Tigers (24-36, fourth in the AL Central) Detroit; Tuesday, 7:10 p.m. EDT PITCHING PROBABLES: White Sox: Dylan Cease (4-3, 3.14 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, 89 strikeouts); Tigers: Drew Hutchison (0-3, 4.60 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, 15 strikeouts) LINE: White Sox -182, Tigers +163; over/under is 8 runs BOTTOM LINE: The Chicago White Sox will try to keep a three-game road win streak alive when they play the Detroit Tigers. Last year it was Yermin, this year it is Berger. When will it Yoan and Robert.... you know the one's being paid to produce in this window. -

I am old enough to remember the drunkard moving a HOF catcher to LF to save his knees. Granted the HOF catcher was an anomaly but he was by no means a LF and the idea was good in principal....10 years later he was still catching. Thus began Tony's infatuation with putting players in any defensive position he saw fit.
-
How does he get an MRI instantly but every other player takes two to three days to get any results.
-
I feel like I have seen this before. My guess is they try and do it before the game but maybe they were going to try and get an inning out of him as well.

Sad Burger and Vaughn are the only offensive threats. Let's lock em up for 6 years each. Why is Robert even running to third. Bad fundamentals again fall on coaching staff. Man that team has some morons on it. -

Sad Burger and Vaughn are the only offense. Other than Abreu the Latin players are failing miserably. -
