    I’ve been saying it for weeks. If Giolito and Lynn “get right”, this team coasts to a division title and becomes very dangerous in October. Big if but not unrealistic either.

    I agree. Maybe giving the front office too much credit here but I would like to believe the rapid rise of Colas was a big factor in not adding an outfielder at the deadline. He’s ready, give him a shot.

    Good organizations don’t block good young players with risky, expensive veterans. If Conforto was such a slam dunk, he’d be signed by now.

    Fans were still upset Blum was the only acquisition. Despite the record, no one at the time believed they were as good as their record. I remember it well.

    Tepera was great last year. Liam has been very good the last two years. Graveman has been good this year. Not following you here.
