I said it at the start of this season but I’ll say it again. Kopech is an upgrade over Rodon as their #4 starter in the playoffs this year.

Kopech has the lowest ERA of any qualified SP in MLB. That’s pretty good

Waiting a few weeks for Lynn isn’t a big deal when there’s still 20+ weeks left in the season as long as they stay relatively healthy after that. I’m very curious to see how Vince looks this weekend. If he’s anywhere near his last outing, the Sox may have solved their #5 starter question for the rest of this season.

Can’t wait to see Lynn back in the rotation. This starting rotation is absolute filth when healthy. It’s a big reason why, combined with the fact that the division sucks, that the Sox won’t fall out of the playoff race. Starting staff is too good to allow that unless they get socked with more injuries.
