I would add Leury Garcia to that statement. He is misused the most by Tony. From batting him leadoff to three positions in three days.

I agree. I think the relevance becomes is it the roster, the injuries, or the way players are being used. Hahn put together a roster that could have won this division. Injuries and Tony destroyed it. I would much rather have Hahn and no Tony than Tony and no Hahn. I doubt we'll get no Tony and no Hahn. Players can't be overpaid. Throughout the CBA the overriding sentiment was higher player salaries. Garcia is fine, everyone else should be making more. Fuck JR and his profits.

From Vegas to Soxtalk, knowledgeable folks picked this roster to easily win the division. That's about the only defense for Hahn that feels valid. This roster is under performing, which I put on Tony, injuries, and players. The non impact deadline is also on Hahn.

Do we really believe that Tony, Rick, Kenny etc just allow him to coach whatever philosophy and approach *he* wants? Position coaches get their marching orders from someone. At the least, this is as much Tony's fault as Menechino.
