  1. The tests are in a MLB states that *only* one bat was corked. OK let's say Shammy only had 1 bat corked, isn't that all the more reason to believe he used it on purpose? According to Shammy, it was a special bat he pulled for bp and exhibitions. If all season you have been looking for that 1 special bat out of 75 or 100 wouldn't it stand out in your mind? Wouldn't you have kept track of it? He never answered when he had it made. If he has been pulling that 1 special bat all season or for multiple seasons he would know exactly which one was corked. Sorry Shammy you're still screwed. The way he's been pouring on the numbers I almost hate seeing him suspended.

    Questions

I'm going to start voting for him. That clubhouse would be a lot of fun. Sitting next to the guys he screwed by cheating . . .

    Sosa

Yeah right he's going to go through all that trouble for a bp bat which will ruin his tempo during a game. Oh, and it was the only time he ever used it. Tell me another fairy tale. Put a cork and a needle next to his career totals. and isn't this a nice picture of Sammy
  4. LOL Thank you Sammee for taking my mind off our Sox

    Questions

He had this dog and pony show rehearsed for when he got caught. I took at a peek at his career numbers and he did something in 98. He basically hits 30+ more homeruns?! That aint because he was working on his fundamentals. Some talking head (Dibs?) said he was just voted most popular player in MLB?! I can't believe that but I guess it could have been true, not anymore. If anyone really believes this was the one and only time he ever used an illegal bat and it just happened to be the time it shattered you'll also believe "It wasn't mine I was holding it for a friend" "Really it was the one and only time I had sex" "Really officer I only had two beers" "The checks in the mail etc " I'm figuring 8 games or they make an example out of him.
  6. I'll try and remember that when I'm throwing s*** at my computer (only way to watch the games)
  7. He is getting the chance and it failed in game one against te D-Backs. Maybe though through no fault of his own. I was actually thinking on a full time basis

    Help!!

LMAO after Tossing Salad: Another prison act where one person is forced to basically chow asshole with the help of whatever condiments are available, i.e. Jell-O, olive oil, etc. I'm never going to prison.
  9. LMAO JR has to be the happiest guy in town. Sox fans have something to smile about
  10. I liked Rick Telender on Baseball Tonight. I also happened to agree with him. If Shammin' Sammy's story is the truth, he is the world's biggest dumbs*** for not marking that bat. He's an adult, he knew dam well that bat was corked when he went to bat and had the entire story ready to go if he got caught. I would like to know when he started cheating. "White Sox outfielder Albert Belle in 1994." At least they didn't ID Sammy as a White Sox outfielder . . .
  11. McClelland gave the part of the bat he saw to security, who took it to the umpires locker room so it could be handed over to major league baseball officials. But a Cubs batboy took the other part, and McClelland said he doesn't know what happened to it. He also said that, based on where the cork was, he thinks it was injected, not stuffed in a cavity that had been drilled out. "It had to be injected," he said. "I'm not a scientist, so I'd guess it was injected and solidified." McClelland planned to call in a report of the incident to his supervisor Tuesday night and then send a written report Wednesday morning. After that, all decisions will be up to the commissioner's office. end quote from cnnsi.com Hmmm, injecting a banned substance. He felt like he was at one with his bat. How would you inject cork? Home run call for Sammy Pop the cork! This ones outta here!
  12. I'm betting it was situational. In this at bat he was pretty certain to get a pitch to hit. No reason to use the "hot" bat with no outs and no body on. I'll bet having 3 home runs less than Valentin at this point in the season had him looking for some help. What also is interesting is according to the umpire the cork seemed to be injected not drilled and filled. Seems as if Sammy couldn't stop shooting up.
  13. Valentin is my PTC. Do I get points for bb?
  14. miller lite commercials.... taste great.... less filling.......and cut to him and his corky bat......... lol
  15. Bet he ends the inning on first.
  16. If he wants more he needs to cork his bat and swing for the fences . . .
  17. With another hit E-Lo could be the pick to click! Dam I wish I had thought of it.
  18. E-Lo we got one run for ya. Good luck. Pitch well.
  19. You know that soooo many players are loving this . . . At least Palmero puts lead in his pencil . . . Hey maybe that could be Samme's next gig for Viagra. Needed a little more wood
  20. This was all a misunderstanding. After running off at the mouth for the 200th time his agent told him to "PUT A CORK IN IT" he just was confused.
  21. Didn't Sammy have a domestic problem that involved a bottle? Could this be the left over cork?
  22. Doesn't matter if it's his only one. His excuse is bulls***. Why would you want a lighter bat in bp? He also said he only uses it in exhibitions. Keep workin' the spin Sammy.
  23. stolen base, timely hit!? Maybe we should be in the NL
