I was at a game last night down here in Texas and everyone was surprised how disgusted I was with home town hero Shammy They don't get the Sox-Cub rivalry. I was shocked how popular he is. All that hopping and blowing kisses, I'm going to throw up now. The manager of the Edinburg Roadrunners in the CPBL stated he had no idea how to cork a bat, where one would go to have it done, etc. Must be one more advantage of being in the bigs.

Bobby V. just dropped from my unofficial candidates list to replace JM. Whatta idiot. You only say that when your his manager. Shammy's new product endorsement Changing Colors Cheatos with a magic surprise.
-
Another promotion opportunity for Shammy. Hi, I'm Shammy Sosa for Oscar Meyer Remember, if you gotta cork you in trouble, but if you got Pork, you gotta meal!

Frank not only isn't going to be voted, he probably doesn't deserve it. If it comes down to E-Lo or Frank E-Lo probably is more serving but I would rather pay to see Frank. He deserves the honor in Chicago. Before the season started I would have expected to be throwing out names like Maggs, Mark, and Bart. I'll bet MB will be looking forward to a couple days away from his "friends"

the round tripper he just hit looked really good. 388 career

I just found the official snack food of Shammy Sosa CHEAT O's

OMG players actually read? this!? have a couple more in the hotel room while it rains.

Theo I forgot. I must have been drunk.

What a difference changing hitting coached made I'll bet we could change everyone in the organization except the players and two months from now we will still be 8 games out if we hire another introspective thinker like JM. or The new manager comes in and creates a little excitement and fun. This team is dead men walking. I would like to see a trade or something to get a little fire in the clubhouse.

Damn kids wanting a kollege edukashun. Wot do they need book lernin for?

Isn't that the nightmare of all nightmares as far as a typo Another good reason not to be troll . . . Your reputation and manners means a lot.
-
I was concerned about paralysis. He looked aweful on the ground after the impact. Gotta call them balls.
-
By the time I tuned in he was already in the ambulance. Was he at least moving before being loaded in? Scary. southsider don't worry after all your posts here I think every rational thinking person realizes that was a typo. However, you may wish to go back and edit

You know how you have a little hurt and you keep pressing on it so it hurts a little more? PLEASE keep JM and KW and play PK more and I love that aggressive baserunning, clueless fielding, dp balls, . . .

MB should be an All-Star the way he has pitched the last couple of months. Just wait as soon as the hitting turns around the pitching goes in the toilet.
-
Damn I can't see it either. Is it a Netscape thing that I can't view it? Or is it the emporer's new clothes and it doesn't really exist?

I'm trying to remember the last big name free agent in any sport who decided on Chicago. Hell even Green Bay has had a couple of signings. Chicago is a great city, a great sports city, and who have we recruited? Rodman?

My insurance went up 30% or so when I moved from Wheeling, IL. Full coverage on a 8 year old minivan runs me close to $200 with a clean driving record. I live on the Mexico border and car theft is a problem. And before y'all jump to conclussions, it is usually US residents ripping off the car and driving them into Mexico for a very quick sale. The insurance companies also have a hard time collecting from Mexico insurance companies so in effect they become like uninsured motorists. Of course our insurance companies retaliate and don't pay Mexico when one of their insured has an accident across the border. For those that aren't familiar with US-Mex policy, the 20 mile or so area on both sides have slightly different immigration laws to allow us to shop in each other's country.

My personality would have me helping people onto boats and trying to keep everyone calm. At some point, when all the boats are loaded, and there are more people than spaces and nothing around to be fashioned into a life raft, then things become interesting. When coming face to face with the fact that within 30 minutes of jumping into that water, possibly sooner, I will be dead, I wonder what I really would do. I teach wilderness survival techniques to young people and occassionally situations come up in the news that we talk about. Recently a guy amputated his lower arm to release himself from a boulder that had him pinned for a couple of days. That decision seems easy compared to giving up the last seat in the last life boat.

Shamme will have some time on his hands, think he could cork a few for the guys . . . In a week or two the bats are going really get going, the pitching will suck and we'll start losing 8-6 instead of 2-1
-
No that would have been day two of the season. When KW was having his little press conference to announce nothing he and JM should have wrapped their arms around each other and rode off into the sunset. That was about 4 weeks ago.

I forgot the game was on, I watched the m-f sox game instead. It must have been a great game. I figure the SPurs to win one in NJ, this should be a great series.

It started when I figured if JR owned the Titanic, he would have sat in the lifeboat and wondered if he should fire the captain. Then I saw the Titanic listing and figured that's out season. I've read a few interesting articles on human behavior and how it manifested itself on the Titanic. Very interesting. I've always wondered if I would have donned women's clothes and snuck into a lifeboat.

They can't score in a whore house

Another outstanding pitching performance marred by no run support, fielding mistake, and making the other team look like the best team in baseball. MB should not be 2-9 at this point. His teammates are lucky he isn't a postal employee , , ,
