He really only made one bad pass the entire game though, and the Packers played a pretty conservative game considering they were up by 2 touchdowns for most of the game. He played well early and they went into kill the clock mode later pretty much throughout the entirety of the second half (especially when Cutler didn't take the field after the Urlacher pick).
Had the Packers needed to drive down the field, I'm pretty sure Rodgers could have done it. He simply didn't need to.
The game was closer than it should have been, Green Bay could have very well went into the half up 21-0.
Rodgers played fine, and yes, McCarthy was being very conservative with his play calls in the second half. It bugs the hell out of me but if we are up in a game he plays to not lose rather than continuing with what worked earlier, teams then usually catch up. The saving grace for this team has been our defense and they continue to keep us in games and eventually our offense will put up some points.
I'm not surprised Hanie was so successful vs. our defense, the backup QB is someone you don't prepare for going into a game and once they come in everything changes in terms of playcalling, Hanie did well, he reminded me of Matt Flynn.
