  1. That is rediculous. There is no reason whatsoever to have written this article.

    Wisdom Teeth out

    I have to get my Wisdom Teeth out later this summer and am not looking forward to it. My brother had a bad experience with his and was in pain for like 3 days after. I hope I'm not like that.
  3. QUOTE(RME JICO @ Jul 7, 2006 -> 08:49 PM) ^ ^ That is a good one ^^ Yes, it is. It's probably one of the hardest ab workouts I've done (though I did it with a medicine ball, not soccer ball), if not the hardest. And believe me, I've done plenty of different core/ab workouts since I had a stress fracture in one of my lower vertabrae, so I know all about what helps the core, and this is definitely one of them.
  4. QUOTE(RibbieRubarb @ Jul 8, 2006 -> 04:43 PM) A defining moment in music history!! I want that t-shirt!!! "Don't Hassel the Hoff!"
  5. Some of my friends and I actually saw this girl during halftime of a Memphis Grizzlies game this year. I think one word would describe how we felt: Mesmerized Plus, her act was much longer than the one in this video, so it was even better to see in person.
  6. QUOTE(JDsDirtySox @ Jul 3, 2006 -> 05:36 AM) Artist: The Fray Song: "How to Save a Life." Man, I love that song. I thought that The Fray might be a one hit wonder, but after hearing "How to Save a Life" a couple weeks ago, I realized I think they'll have much more to offer in the future.
  7. I sure do like Chone, but no way in hell do I give up Fields for him. Fields is only gone if we're getting a young, All-Star in return. Because that's what Fields will be in a couple years. Yes, I'm that high on him.
  8. Yeah, I love my XM radio. Being in Tennessee, I am able to listen to all the Sox games, which is a HUGE perk. Although, Sirius offers some things (specifically the NFL), which would make me like them a lot too, I'm sure. That's why I'd love it if they merged and I could get everything.
  9. Wow, I think that's a pretty good deal for both teams. Each player has his own downside -- Villanueva w/ questions about his work ethic and willingness to improve; Ford w/ his back problems (Is one season enough to state they won't reoccur?). Though, if neither of the potential problems occur, they'll both be very solid, possibly All-Star players.
  10. QUOTE(farmteam @ Jul 1, 2006 -> 01:33 AM) The play on the football field at Benedictine University in Lisle. http://www.chicagomachine.com/venue/ Thanks

    eon8.com

    I'm confused. So, what is it exactly?
  12. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Jun 30, 2006 -> 11:52 PM) I do not believe that the Chicago Machine will be playing there. It's a soccer-specific stadium that can also be used as a concert venue. Wiki says Toyota Park is only home to the Chicago Fire and it's developmental team, the Chicago Fire Premier. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Park_%28Bridgeview%29 Oh, okay. Thanks. So, does anyone know where they are gonna play?
  13. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Jun 30, 2006 -> 05:37 PM) I will never go on another rollercoaster again. I was doing a looping coaster in Germany and the harness gave way in mid ride. Whoa, what did you do? Was there a handle that you had to hold on to to keep from falling out? Personally, if there is a handle on a ride, I have a deathgrip on it. No letting go until I've done the ride a few times and am comfortable with it.
  14. Wouldn't that hurt?
  15. I'm very excited about the McCamey commitment. Ironically enough, he could very well be a Deron Williams type. Big, strong PG who is deceptively fast/athletic and is strong to overpower other guards. Basically, from what I hear, he looks like a linebacker out on the court.
  16. Wow, I used to think she wasn't hot. But, I think I've changed my mind.
  17. Wow, that's just stupid... I kinda feel bad for him, though. He's only had problems since getting to the NBA after being phenomenal as a frosh at Seton Hall. After seeing him play, I thought he was the next big thing. Guess not.
  18. Does anyone know if this is where the new major league lacrosse team will play? I would bet so.
  19. Anything for You - Gloria Estefan and The Sound Machine I was kinda hoping for something good, but that's alright...
  20. QUOTE(Soxbadger @ Jun 30, 2006 -> 06:24 PM) She is way better than Paris. By far...
  21. Yeah, I've been disappointed in his development this year. I was really expecting big things, but he's still young and has time to recover from this year.
  22. Yeah, I agree that Cruz needs to be called up to Kannapolis. I don't think the Pioneer League is helping him at all. And, it's good seeing Brooks and Long doing well, as well as LaMura. Man, if he can keep this up, he'll have a very strong chance at making the big league 'pen next year.
  23. Thanks for all the updates, DBAH0 Edit: Who do either the Rockets or Lakers have that the Bulls would want? Would it be possible for the Bulls to still get Aldridge if they trade down to #8? I think it would be if let's says the draft goes like this: 1) Toronto - Bargnani 2) Houston (from Chi) - Tyrus Thomas 3) Charlotte - Rudy Gay 4) Portland - Adam Morrison 5) ATL - Shelden Williams 6) Minn - Brandon Roy 7) Boston - Marcus Williams/Randy Foye 8) Chi (from Houston) - LaMarcus Aldridge The possibilities are endless, but this is one that could very well happen. Btw, for this trade to happen, I think the Bulls wait 'till the 8th pick to make sure whoever they may want is still available.
  24. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 24, 2006 -> 08:18 PM) Fields in LF, Sweeney in RF is a scenario, if Crede resigns. This is what I'm thinking also. It's probably the most realistic and best situation out there. Although, who's gonna lead off for us once Pods is gone? That could be a potentially big problem in a couple years. Also, another scenario is that Fields plays 1B. I like this situation a lot as well. Thome isn't gettin' any younger, and Paulie could move to DH.
  25. QUOTE(BHAMBARONS @ Jun 23, 2006 -> 06:26 AM) He is the Barons Setup/closer and finally believing in his stuff which is dirty. I think he has most K's on the team. Was he hurt for a while or was he just so un-noteworthy that he fell completely under the radar. Hell, until a few weeks ago, it had been quite some time since I had seen any reports on LaMura.
