you trade Crochet because he's a huge liability to get hurt again. you've already overworked him (by A LOT) by any measurable standard.
this reminds me of when they traded Sale, it was only a matter of time before he got hurt again. he's gonna be traded before spring training and you'll probably get a really good return for him assuming you don't blow his arm out
also, Schultz isnt close to being MLB ready, he's still on a 4IP/game restriction lol
