this is what they did with sale, writing was on the wall that they never intended to lock sale up long term. rode hard, put away wet. looks like that's the trajectory for Rodon
this is what happens, seems like everytime a team jumps out big early in a game, they struggle hard off every other guy that comes in, similar to games the day after a team mashes. bunch of 0 for's
Len sounds like a guy who's regretting his career choices, that's the vibe I get when I hear him doing Sox games, unless that's just his personality. he reminds me of how a national broadcaster sounds when doing Sox games
we will have an opening in RF next year. either Eloy or Vaughn moves over, are you talking about this year? I don't think we will see Eloy this year. could be wrong, but I would bet they're gonna hold him over til 2022 unless he miraculously comes back way ahead of schedule which is unlikely
you'd think Hahn would have at least talked to TX about Gallo, wish somebody would leak those talks/asking price. I'm guessing TX is asking for the moon even though Gallo hasn't performed well so far
what's the most you guys would give up for Gallo? His deal ends his year, it's almost too good to be true as you're able to do Eloy/Robert/Vaughn in 2022 without having to bench or trade guys. Eaton also gone after this year.
IMO anybody at 3rd could've made home plate on the Leury CS, I watched that play a few times and an average runner scores there, just not enough time to go Home > 2B > Home, sox should've been up 1-0 on the CS
