that's the biggest problem with most of our hitters, they can't identify pitches. watch Andrew Vaughn's at-bats. He will swing at a pitch in the dirt with a lot of depth/movement, and then take a fastball straight across the plate in literally the next pitch, how are they all this bad
it's almost like they don't have the same information/pregame tools to even compete at this level.
-1 run line on the tigers yesterday was -138, I figured Flexen would torch the place, yet it was actually a good start lol, Sox offense is amazing, thanks for the free money
it's like one of the only ways to get that many DRS in such a small sample size of innings. there's a reason why he's so far out in front of every other player, it's because he saved multiple runs in 1 opportunity, that'll skew your stats
I'm not saying he hasn't been good defensively, so don't pull that straw man out
It's just the color of sand. I think it's pretty tasteful. I really like the City Connects for Houston, AZ, Miami, Colorado, and ATL. I would put the Sox at #6 but the top 6 for me are all pretty interchangable. Serpientes is my favorite though
exactly, head coaches barely make anything at the MLB level outside of maybe 5 guys, scouts/development guys probably don't come close to a million/year
if Getz isn't fired before 2025, I just won't watch or support this team next year
if they don't fire his ass, that tells me they aren't serious, it's pretty cut and dry to me
