Last game of the season you're goin DOWN, partner.
-
And I'm obviously keeping Daunte
-
I'm down. I say we go 1 QB, 2 WR, 1 RB, and choice of either TE, K, or D. BTW, I will be in second after this week and in first place very soon.
-
I'll take you down in the final week and then sweep the playoffs
-
But I just handed you your first loss...

As tired as a thoust as it is, Obama shared a lot of voters with Bush in Illinois. If dems could find a relatively conservative democrat like Obama, I'd hope GOPs would overlook skin color and look at his political views. I don't think many Dems voted for Keyes because he was so conservative, and I doubt he got a lot of votes from Dems because of his skin color. It would be sad to see if, like you guys say, Republicans were racist enough to not 'cross-over' to vote for a well-qualified Democrat.

Obama mentioned He was on Meet the Press last week, and he said he would serve six years in the senate, so maybe 2012 is more of a possibility for him. BTW, if Jeb Bush gets elected, God help humanity. :puke

I'm far from an economist, but I believe one good measure of the economy would be interest rates. During the Clinton administration, they were around 7%. I dont know what they are now, but they are much much less. What I am trying to say is that the economy still sucks anyway, despite small improvements. Nader said that Bush was just a corporation in a mans body, and I cant say much to disagree.

It clearly did not stop the Patrioit Act, which in simplest terms, is the removal of rights.

Or Gload at 302K? Our power lineup hasn't won us any division championships in the last four years, and it looks like ozzie and KW are heading towards a more speed and contact team. Wether thats the right concept or not, I don't see them signing a sexon type player. Oh, and Valentin struck out 'just' 138 times this year. In Sexon's last full season he whiffed 151 times. :puke I'd have to say save the little money we are going to have and get some pitching. Or Beltran -

I downloaded a game off of BitTorrent that has 4 disks. Each disk, approx 700 mb each, has a .mdf file. There is one for each disk, so they are called 1.mdf, etc. Also, each disk has a .mds file that are less than 10 kb each. They are also named 1.mds, etc. I was wondering if someone could provide some insight as to what program or programs I would need to run these files. I really want this game. Thanks if you can help

He said that people should instead vote for actually good posters. Meaning that cw is a bad poster? Some people might not see that as an insult, but that is how I saw it.
-
I might have been misunderstood. I don't have a problem with him having his own opinion. That's fine, but there is a fine line between opinion and insult.
-
Wow, that is one ignorant comment. cwsox was a well respected poster on this boards before one incident caused him to get the boot, even thoguh he left on his own will. This hall of fame thing shouldnt create bad feelings between people, and it should be an opportunity for a select few posters to be recognized. All of the posters have contributed a lot for the site, and to insinuate the Vince was a bad poster is being a jerk about the situation. This shouldn't be a competition for who was/is the "greatest poster ever", but I can see that that is what is starting to happen. edit.. And I know this has been argued to the point where threads have been locked, and I don't want to start some argument over this, but taking your shots like that isn't cool.

Seriously, it is a travesty that I am 2-1. I have the most point in the league by 54, with a whopping 375. Lets take a look at what I have accomplished so far on the season: Week 1: Second most points in the league (123), won by a 'slim' margin of 16 Week 2: Managed once again to score the scond most points in the league, with 117, but I was beat by the team (Chimpy) which scored the most in the league (129). In a 20-team league, that is the worst luck possible. Week 3: Finally, this week, I scored a a league best 135 points without my #1 back in the lineup. Added my second win. Week 4 matchup: My main player, Daunte Culpepper has a bye, but I have Carr and Brees on the bench. Facing 'DaBearSox', who is in last place, I still have the edge because both of my backups are better than McCown. I may not score the most or second most points this week, but I guarentee another win. Sorry DaBearSox. 'Pain and Sweat' needs to watch out, because it is apparent that I am the most dominant team in the league, and once The undefeated teams get there loss, I take 1st place and run away with the league. Anyone care to enlighten me as to why I am so good?

Anyone read the Sports Guy on ESPN??

Agreed. He is back to writing like 3 columns a week, so generally he is going to have some less interesting stuff, but he is my favorite sports writer by far. -
I believe she left on her own will.
