QUOTE (whitesox91403 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 11:33 AM) Wouldn't it be The Undertaker? He's been off for long periods of time with injuries, but I'm pretty sure he was always a part of the roster. Depends, my "fairly sure" was me saying I THINK Isaac Yankem was already around.. but it could be possible Undertaker was here before him.. he prolly was, I just know Kane has been around forever

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 03:10 PM) Im sorry should have clarified, he came over from WCW at the merger and has never left the company. ahh ok I understand now after re-reading.. but going back to that, I am actually fairly confident that Kane is the longest tenured wrestler in WWE right now.. Its funny thinking about Kane.. he was Isaac Yankem and the Fake Diesel.. and then he became Kane and has had prolly a very easy and fullfilling career.. hes never had to have the burden of being the main draw of the company, but at the same time he has always been a "dominant" wrestler.. pretty sweet gig

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 08:27 PM) Benoit and Eddie came before the merger, Rey a few years after lol the radicals.. I remember when Guerrero, Benoit, Malenko, and Saturn all had to win their matches on RAW that night to stay in WWE and the only thing I remember is all 4 lost with Benoit losing to HHH..

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 12:26 PM) Fun fact, who is the only active member of WWE to never have left the company since the merger of WWE and WCW? edit: and this guy was also in WCW Hmm, I don't think Kane has gone anywhere either..

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 07:06 PM) Did you know you can make Wrestlemania bets on some sports betting websites? That blows my mind. why does that blow your mind? there's really no way to know who is going to win unless you're Vince McMahon.. things change in an instance all the time, and especially with wrestlemania the only thing that is a sure bet is Undertaker is gonna win

Im really starting to think that Rock will be wrestling again one day
-
just to add, I don't think Millidge is bad but I really didn't have faith in Ozzie taking him over one of the guys he "likes"
-
meh, if it wasn't for the pitching situation Lillibridge would have made it over him.. but its cool I shall honor my bet.. what is this for like a month?

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Mar 26, 2011 -> 11:05 AM) wrestling needs a major storyline or a phenomenal new star to grab people again. I'm 32 and watched wrestling since I was really little. I use to go to the Horizon shows with my Uncle, dad and cousin with British Bulldogs, Heart Foundation, Hulk, Mr. Wonderful, etc... so probably since I was about 7 or 8. Watched it a lot until about HS, then the cartoony era of WWF stopped watching, NWO angle in WCW and ECW got me back into it and I began watching all 3 pretty strongly. Then interest ebbed again. How has everybody's wrestling interest cycle gone? Anyone watch it non-stop for their whole life or have a similar pattern to me where it's on and off again. I know my uncle who is in his mid 60s has followed some form of pro wrestling for basically his whole life. Not like he watches it religiously, but he still is pretty up to date on it. For me, I just didn't connect with some of the new guys E was pushing, there's one I think was horrible. (No need to name him, don't want to start a thread about that and I'm sure there were lame wrestlers I enjoyed who others hated in the past). ill always watch wrestling, I just enjoy it.. its entertaining to me even if they don't do everything right..

QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Mar 25, 2011 -> 06:27 PM) I love heel Punk, but ever since the Undertaker debacle, they've given him terrible storylines or have turned them terrible. Instead of Punk vs Orton at Mania, why not Punk and Barrett? Why even split up Nexxus? Why not have them get every title out there like a true nWo, but young. Seriously, the E needs to do away with the Nexxus/Corre storyline as they miffed on it several times over. Punk needs to be in the title picture. meh, E doesnt need to do anything like nWo.. they already brought in the nWo years ago and it flopped horribly.. let it die

yes, Punk is the s***.. I love heel punk

sigh, I will most likely miss the draft.. I will prolly have to make one of my pitchers available

QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Mar 17, 2011 -> 03:18 PM) I had Louisville in the championship game. You're not the only one One of my loud mouth friends said that he could beat me in the bracket challenge because of his "hoops knowledge" so we started a pool on yahoo with money on the line.. his champion? Louisville.. I think its safe to say he is done-zo

QUOTE (CrimsonWeltall @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 01:29 PM) What if you're getting a lot of kills without camping? Your position gets given away anyway? Yep still gets given away.. I was just using camping as an example.. but apparently with you having your position given away, you get some added bonuses while you're on your streak like more ammo or faster reloads and stuff.. so its not like everyone knows where you are and you cant do anything about it..

QUOTE (flippedoutpunk @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 08:27 AM) If this game stinks ill be highly upset, that would be the third snoozefest uve forced me to buy in the past month... ( marvel vs capcom, dragon age 2... Homefront?) haha oh man I didn't make you buy any of that crap.. colant made you buy dragon age, i dont play that s***

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 03:47 AM) Honky Tonk Man came out today and said if Hogan got an offer from WWE right now he would take it and bail on TNA. Probably BS, but it wouldn't surprise me if Hogan was to do something like that. You can tell the booking under Russo and Sullivan has all gone to s***. The only chance TNA really had was to bring in Paul Heyman to run things and they screwed that up. They screw everything up.. there was a reason Jeff Hardy was kicked to the curb by WWE, of course TNA thinks they are going to get some huge draw and yet he f***s them over like he does to everyone.. All TNA does is pick up WWE's trash and completely neglect the better homegrown talent that they have.. they have no clue how to do things over there, that's why they have 90 second main events on PPV's in front of 900 people..

QUOTE (danman31 @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 02:59 AM) Anybody hear any buzz on Homefront? For some reason the story pulled me in, but I'm not about to drop $60 without reading a review. I felt the same way, but if you go to IGN.com they have some videos on it and the multiplayer actually looks pretty fun.. If youre more of a story guy, then I dont think ide drop $60 on it you should just rent it.. but, go watch the videos.. the MP ones look like it would be a pretty fun game.. My favorite part is the way they counter campers.. if you are camping and start getting a bunch of kills without dying, they put a price on your head and someone from the other team is given a bounty to take you out, and you appear on their map.. so a sniper cant just hide in the back of a huge map and rack up kills.. the people who do really good in this game get bountys put on them, and I think thats a great counter

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Mar 14, 2011 -> 01:05 AM) Jeff Hardy got pinned by Sting in less than a minute in the PPV tonite. Way to get your money's worth there. man TNA is so bad

QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Mar 13, 2011 -> 08:33 AM) I think he meant if you wanted to follow the Sox, you would want the extra innings package.. There is like probably between 2-5 Sox games a year on MLBnetwork, nothing spectacular. eh, I have WGN so thats what, like 20 or so Sox games right there plus the 1-2 that make their way to ESPN.. but I do have MLBN too as well
-
QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Mar 12, 2011 -> 08:38 PM) yeah, extra innings may be a different story, but honestly, unless you are a huge fan of one team, IE if I moved to Texas and wanted to exclusively follow the Sox, MLBN does an awesome job really? because MLBN was on at the bar at all night and I didn't see the Sox once..
