QUOTE (dasox24 @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 09:45 PM) He's definitely not the best safety, but if he goes in the 2nd, that's great value. Yes, he has his problems - takes bad angles, doesn't play up to physical ability... but if you have a shot at him in the 2nd, you take him. Why is that great value? because hes big? fast? sometimes it only matters if you can actually play, which sometimes Mays hasn't shown the ability to do with his physical tools..

QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 09:33 PM) He won't make it out of the 1st round. New York, Indy or Minny will take him. Why do people like Taylor Mays? He cant cover..

QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 09:28 PM) Jerod Autric...? Odrick Hes a DE, a good player but im not really understanding the pick.. we needed an OLB
-
QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 09:22 PM) Devin McCordy Yeah I just heard that as well.. Excellent, Miami really needs an OLB and Hughes is prolly the best pash rusher in the draft class.. of course, they still gotta pick him haha..
-
QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 09:18 PM) TRU, are the Dolphins taking Golden Tate? I highly doubt it.. If Jerry Hughes is there, I am almost certain he will be the pick.. Gonna need NE to pass on him here though..

This is hilarious You trade for Brady Quinn and then you pass on Claussen to take Tebow after having to TRADE back into the first round.. this is comical at best.. Denver is run by morons..
-
LMAO Tebow to Denver!! Thats hilarious
-
QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 07:54 PM) What a trade for Miami. Parcells is working his magic once again. What the hell happened, I cant find what they got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 10:36 AM) One of the streak for the cash picks today was about Tebow Where do you think Tebow will be drafted 29th pick or earlier 30th pick or later I took 30th pick or later Itll definitely be the 30th pick or later, I just cant see him going in the first

I picked up Command and Conquer: The First Decade from Best Buy the other day, its got 12 C&C games on it and im loving it.. I had lost my Red Alert so now I got that back with all the other games from Generals and below.. there was a C&C Renegade that was like a 1st person shooter that was mildly entertaining.. And man, I forgot how easy Red Alert was.. a pack of 10 prism tanks and I destroyed 7 enemy bases like it was nothing..

So does anybody like the new draft format? It really pisses me off.. There is nothing better than waking up early on a Saturday and spending all day watching the draft, now I have to be at work tomorrow night and listen to bits and pieces of it on the radio, and then its only the first round! I am going to have to sit through another full day to wait for the next good rounds, and then another full day to finish it.. I liked the old way much better..

QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 20, 2010 -> 04:51 PM) Play in the Cubs unis, then report the league to MLB for copyright infringement. Little League had to dump MLB team names/logos. http://sportsbybrooks.com/mlb-says-they-ev...eam-names-17937 Thats not entirely true, as long as its the Majestic brand its fine.. I see little league teams around here all the time with MLB teams logos and stuff.. That article looks like its referring to traveling teams or something that were using their city name and then the MLB logos and names as well for them..

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 22, 2010 -> 01:25 AM) Considering how bad we've been in the second half during the Ozzie ERA, I definitely don't want to go that route. Well I don't want to go that route either.. but if they start hitting and by the all star break aren't double digits out of it ide feel better about them folding in the 2nd half then folding in may..

QUOTE (greg775 @ Apr 21, 2010 -> 11:13 PM) Jones appears decent, but it's kinda laughable if he's our big bopper (behind Paulie and maybe CQ). Its not laughable at all, even with his ONE pathetic season hes still a guy who averages 33 HRs and 99 RBI a season in his career.. He hit 17 HRs in 82 games last year and is already showing so far this year the power is still here.. sometimes I think you just dislike certain players to dislike them and completely ignore numbers..
-
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 21, 2010 -> 11:28 PM) I agree. But I don't want to see us 10 games out when they decide to start hitting. That's what I'm worried about. Even if its at the end of this month, 10 games at the start of May is no impossible feat..

QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Apr 20, 2010 -> 04:11 PM) Dinner and a movie or dinner and drinks. Don't drop more than $150-200 on the night but don't come off as cheap either. $150-200!? Where are you eating dinner?

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 21, 2010 -> 09:07 PM) I'm still nowhere close to giving up on the season. But what we've seen to this point is extremely discouraging. I'm not so sure it's a case of just playing bad baseball. I look up and down the AL, and I struggle to find 3-4 teams that I can say without question have less talent than the Sox. Well there is no way we are going to hit in the .220's for the entire season, its just not gonna happen.. And I don't think the starting pitching is going to be a problem, there's still time that's the beauty of the baseball season..

Does my hand count? because if so, I was born with it..

I am way more than a casual fan and even I find myself forgetting that TNA is on Mondays sometimes.. The only time I have even watch SOME of TNA on Monday was the very first time it was on Monday.. I want them to get better though because I would like to see another alternative to WWE..

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 21, 2010 -> 02:56 PM) I just find it funny that Goddell said it was simply based on "allegations", which never led to Big Ben being charged with a crime or even arrested. Its because this is the 2nd time its happened.. You cant go around acting like a douche and not expect to pay for it in some way..

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 21, 2010 -> 12:00 PM) "Guilty even if proven innocent" Come on, the guy is a creepo who has now gotten away with sexually assaulting two women.. there has to be some kind of punishment

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Apr 20, 2010 -> 10:01 PM) Miami actually looks really, really tough next year. I love Chad Henne. I think the AFC East is going to be fun next year. I expect the Bills to finish in last place again, but atleast they look like they might be an exciting football team if they get a QB...though he's not the answer, Jason Campbell would be a great pickup for a team that has f***ing Trent Edwards, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Brian Brohm as their QBs. Maybe trade a 4th round pick that can escalate to a 3rd or 2nd based on performance in next year's draft and then dump one of Edwards and Fitzpatrick. Or take another QB in the draft and dump both of them. I fully expect Miami to target an OLB with their first pick but im not gonna lie, I would be perfectly happy with them trading down and recouping a 2nd round pick.. maybe to Philly so they can take Earl Thomas, and Miami can grab maybe Brandon Graham or Jerry Hughes.. I also wouldn't mind if they traded Ronnie Brown to Detroit for their 2nd round pick, which has been rumored but highly unlikely seeing that Brown hasn't even signed his tender yet.. Im not scared of the Jets at all, all they did was grab some names none of which have any holding power anymore especially with JT and Tomlinson.. and Cromartie hasn't done anything in years, maybe he could bounce back with the Jets.. Holmes was the only good addition and hes suspended 4 games and was basically kicked out of Pitt because of his problems.. Miami beat them twice last season with a very average team if that.. Adding Brandon Marshall just changes so much about this team, I mean Henne was throwing for 300 yards with very little WR help at the end of the season.. He now has a legit weapon to throw to, and it helps out an already very good running game.. Mike Nolan did wonders with that Denver defense last season, I expect the same with Miami this coming year.. Buffalo is going through the same thing that every team eventually has to do, Miami was in the same situation not too long ago.. hopefully for you wite they get that turned around quickly though because its tough as hell to suffer through.. Im also pumped Miami is playing Chicago on a Thursday night on NFL Network so I can watch them kick the Bears ass, it will be good to rub that into all your faces in the NFL thread..

QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Apr 20, 2010 -> 03:39 PM) Jason Taylor to the Jets. They are just stacked this year, my early favorite to win the Superbowl. Yeah the Jets are so scary, aside from the fact that Mark Sanchez defies science by sucking and blowing at the same time.. they added a worthless LT, Thomas Jones could have given them way more than Tomlinson.. Jason Taylor is their answer for their 2nd to last pass rush last year? Good luck.. Antonio Cromartie hasn't been good since 2007 and apparently comes with a lot of baggage.. I wouldn't be shocked if they started the year 1-4 with losses to Baltimore, New England, Miami, and Minnesota..

Well to be fair, it was the Undertaker..
