QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 14, 2009 -> 11:24 AM) Am I the only person in the world that thinks Harry Potter is lame as heck? It needs its own thread so that retarded s*** doesnt take over this one..
  2. QUOTE (LZPride08 @ Jul 14, 2009 -> 12:44 AM) i agree.. college football always felt more realistic while madden always felt more arcade like, hopefuly thats not true though cuz im gonna make sure i get the game first thing tomrrow Same here Anyone with an XBOX who wants to get their ass handed to them in NCAA hit me up
  3. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 07:03 PM) It appears he's an RFA and Orlando is choosing to match the 5/$34 offer he received from dallas. Orlando's really shelling out the cash this offseason. Well I knew he was a RFA but I meant I dont know like why Orlando would match it.. And apparently I missed that they signed Brandon Bass too.. I love what they have done so far
  4. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 05:20 PM) She'll kick your ass. I'll have $ on her on that fight. Guarantee she wouldn't, I looked up her page and she is only 175 lbs
  5. ESPN just said Gortat is staying with the Magic, dunno how that happened.
  6. QUOTE (The Critic @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 03:29 PM) The theory is that she struck him in the head, then strangled him with her purse strap. My guess is she probably attacked him while he was asleep, that seems to be how cases like these go. Yeah appears so, ESPN updated their article and it says he was prolly killed in his sleep so he must have been a combination of drunk/hit in head/sleeping that happened..
  7. QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 03:27 PM) Didn't they say he was drunk and possibly had a head injury?? There is no way she could have killed him like that if he wasn't. IMO I didn't see he had a head injury on ESPN, but they did say he was drunk earlier..
  8. QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 03:26 PM) That's freakish in my book. No you are right, I meant freakish in terms of strength and stuff.. clearly, she is freakish looking
  9. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jul 13, 2009 -> 03:04 PM) That doesn't prove anything, whats her height/weight? Strength? Even though there are those muscle chicks out there, most of the time they aren't THAT strong and freakish.
  10. So this badass boxer gets strangled by a 23 year old woman? He had to be drugged or hit in the head with something very hard, or else this wouldn't make any sense. Im not a boxer, but no woman is killing me with her bare hands.
  11. What the hell, this thread needs to be pinned. Posts and Views say enough.
  12. So for the past year I have been living at home, WHILE paying $500 a month for an apartment that I was not living in (Couldn't get financial aid anymore, town where school is was a s*** hole had to move home).. That lease has finally ended and I am no longer on the hook for payments.. man, it feels so good.

QUOTE (SHIPPS @ Jul 9, 2009 -> 04:26 PM) TRU I dont know if you ever have given any girl credit for being attractive. You are probably the harshest critic on womens looks outside of my brother(who happens to be gay). I never said this chick wasn't attractive, just that she isn't mad hott

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jul 9, 2009 -> 03:32 PM) "mad hot" just dropped some levels, I guess... now it means "cute". haha my thoughts exactly.. Unless you mean mad hott for a sports reporter, then ill give ya that one.. but overall, nah
  15. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 9, 2009 -> 10:17 AM) Well, frankly, unless you have better information than we do, I see no reason to either believe or disbelieve it. oook

QUOTE (JPN366 @ Jul 9, 2009 -> 02:40 PM) Co-host of the new ESPN show "Sportsnation," mad hot. What do y'all think? Not really
  17. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 8, 2009 -> 09:10 PM) It could be he was actually sick. Eh I don't believe that
  18. What is weird about all this is how upset all the black people were over this when it was painfully obvious that Michael Jackson wanted NOTHING to do with being black. He turned himself white, he married white, and his kids are white.. I dunno
  19. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 06:19 PM) I like it. We need another RHP reliever for next year when Dotel's gone and possible Jenks. Allen was incredibly overrated on this site, and he didn't build off of the power he showed last year when he was promoted to AA. I feel the exact same. People are getting too worked up over a 24 year old 1B prospect.. Allen was expendable, and we need relief help right now as well as next season.
  20. QUOTE (The Critic @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 04:50 PM) ...but....but....what about the Main Event Mafia???? I agree, they should go back to stables. For me, they help in two ways: 1. Stables can utilize guys who either aren't good enough on the mic, or who haven't developed a strong enough character to get over on their own. and 2. Stables often used to be led by a manager or advisor, who was almost always an entertaining character who was good at talking. Heenan, Cornette, Dangerously/Heyman....none of them were able to establish themselves as an in-ring performer (although Heenan was under-rated, but too small), yet those are three of the most memorable characters of their time. They are also a good way of boosting young talent into superstardom ex: The Rock and HHH The way things are going pretty soon there will be no more gimmicks, no more managers, no more valets, no more true stables.. Pretty much everyone new now is just a regular name, they don't go the creative route anymore it seems with characters.
  21. They need to start using factions more Those were the good days, now it seems there is never a good strong one anymore

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 08:55 AM) You can say the same about Transformers 2. Everyone went to see it. Everyone went to see it because its Transformers. Older people have a connection from it as a kid, and kids have a connection to it because of the looks and action. It doesn't matter if you thought it was the worst film ever, there was a zero failure rate for it. People want to see it regardless.
