According to the ESPN lawyer dude he said that this isn't federal charges so at worst hes looking at paying back the money he made, and the money he would have lost if he is found guilty of this.. No jail time until it becomes a federal however

For those of you thinking about buying Fallout 3 because of what has been said about it in this thread, don't. Its garbage. If all you care about is a wasteland looking pretty, by all means spend the 60+ to get it. If you like gameplay and actual stuff like that, its a piece of s*** and your money would be better spent elsewhere (Call of Duty: WaW)

And for the record, Lesnar was destroying Mir as well until he got caught in a bad submission and tapped.. its not like he wasnt impressive and this is a "meh" 1-1 record coming in.. It is still 1-1 though
