Depending on the cycles your running.. If you run your cycle, take the time off you are supposed to, take the right amounts you are supposed to you arent going to detroy yourself.. Even using a small amount of steroids will increase your muscle mass just because of how much it magnifies certain natural things in your own body.. like it has already been mentioned before though there are a ton of different steroids now that you can use for different types of gains
