  1. What you are saying should happen is not something that the owner of the White Sox would ever allow to happen.
  2. I don't think there is anyone who would rather have Moncada over Burger. The problem with this scenario is the White Sox are stuck with Moncada for a minimum of one more season and their boneheaded roster construction left them with only Burger as a realistic trade option. This idea that the White Sox are going to move on from Moncada seems to be pretty wishful thinking to me. They aren't going to cut him. No one is going to trade for him and just take on his salary. Were stuck with this guy for at least another season unless he is traded for a salary swap and those options are probably pretty slim.
  3. Its sickening that he is going to be back next season. This team has completely quit on him, you can't bring that guy back. You just cant.
  4. So now we’re just giving him war to justify not liking the trade? Big deal, he’s at 1.9 thanks to a totally unsustainable run with us. It’s ok to believe in that but already give up on a prospect. Sounds right.
  5. I like that he was moved. I don’t believe in him as a player and would much rather have the chance of a starting pitcher.
  6. JR owes it to White Sox fans to win now, so that's what were going to do! Awesome! So were going to make a big FA splash? Nope, off the table. Ok, well we need 4 starting pitchers were going to make some moves to bring in established SP through free agency? Nope, not going to commit to those years. Hmm, well were going to sign some players? Maybe, depends on how much it costs. More likely we will trade from the ABUNDANCE OF TALENT on this roster and farm system. How is there no one in this organization or in JR's life that can sit him down and say "Your franchise is an absolute disaster, please clean house if you want to try and salvage what you have left."
  7. Would there be any other organization in baseball that would retain their coaching staff after a 100 loss season in a supposed contention season?
  8. Yep, no one could get a gun past the security team. Oh, except some fatass hiding a glock in her fupa.
  9. JR started this thing off by saying the cops told him they haven't ruled out the gun was fired from outside of the stadium.
  10. The best thing for this organization would have been to conduct a REAL search to allow some outside person a year to evaluate the organization. Instead, were going to try to compete next season with an unqualified GM, a terrible roster, and while not spending any money. Good luck assholes.
  11. I think he has to. If he Opts out, he gets $4 million and if he has a strong finish will almost surely get another contract that, along with the $4 million from opt out, would exceed what he would make if he opts in.
  12. I think you can safely speak for all fans with this point. This team failed miserably and the solution was to fire the guys in charge and promote another guy who is just as ingrained in that failure as the guys who were just fired. Its bullshit.
  13. lol what makes you think they would even entertain the idea of doing something like this anyways?
  14. It is what I am talking about. You can put me in the group that thinks if you didn't touch the ball it shouldn't be an error.
  15. How do you give someone an error on a ball they just whiffed on. Thats like charging errors to people taking bad routes on balls.
  16. lol, this is the worst team in baseball all things considered. Good lord, what a steaming pile of crap.
