QUOTE(Athomeboy_2000 @ Mar 14, 2008 -> 10:47 AM) He is either dead or still on the island. I believe the 6 are... Kate Jack Hugo Sayid Sun Michael Replace Michael with Aaron and you got the complete list. Remember the term "Oceanic 6" is a media creation not a literal description of the people who were on the place and survived. The media will count Aaron and not let that get in the way of a cool tag-line. Also, I believe Jin is alive and still on the island. I bet he had to make the sacrifice to stay so she could live. The tombstone is a fake to support the "Oceanic 6" series of lies. Who else here thinks the final episodes in 2010 will be Jack and company storming the island to rescue everyone left behind?

Marriotti is hysterical today!!! Doing a complete 180 on his stance on players and steroids. He says the Cubs need to get Brian Roberts to achieve a World Series dream. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/mariotti/84...i031308.article Yet, all he has ever said in previous columns is that teams need to avoid guilty players at all costs to preserve the game! I love him. He's a moron. BTW...Because I didn't want to start another thread about this moron...I posted it here

Final WALL-E trailer from Pixar. This looks incredible. Dreamworks cannot hold a candle to these guys. AMAZING...I can't wait. By the way, the live action film WALL-E is watching is a clip from the movie "Hello Dolly". Asked why he is watching that, the director said: "Because WALL-E has bad taste..." LOL

This is a still from the upcoming summer action-comedy TROPIC THUNDER. Can you name the actor in the middle? It's Robert Downey, Jr.!!! LOL!!! He plays a method actor who dyes his skin black to play Sgt. Osiris, a role originally written for a black man. In an article, he acknowledged the potential controversy over the role, but "At the end of the day, it's always about how well you commit to the character," he said. "If I didn't feel it was morally sound, or that it would be easily misinterpreted that I'm just C. Thomas Howell [in Soul Man], I would've stayed home." Tropic Thunder is an upcoming action comedy film directed by and starring Ben Stiller. Its about a group of actors filming a Vietnam War movie. Their fed up director and writer decide to dump them in the middle of a real war. It is due for release on August 15, 2008. Stiller got the idea while filming Empire of the Sun. Speilberg is a producer on this film This just made my MUST SEE list for Summer 2008!

The next James Bond film has a title! Quantum of Solace The title is from an Ian Fleming James Bond short story. The film is not based on the story, but the title refers to Bond's detachment from emotions and a normal life. It's a really cool title and one of fave Bond short stories. The film's story centers around Bond tracking down the organization that caused the death of his lover Vesper Lynd. The plot follows on directly from Casino Royale as Bond aims to uncover the truth about Vesper, the beauty who betrayed him, and discovers that she had been blackmailed. He comes across the leader of the secret organization named Dominic Greene, played by Mathieu Amalric, who starred in the Oscar-nominated The Diving Bell and Butterfly. He intends to stage a coup d'état in a South American country to control huge natural resources. Bond is assisted by Camille, played by Olga Kurylenko, who also wants revenge against Greene

QUOTE(iamshack @ Jan 23, 2008 -> 10:52 PM) Are you talking about the one narrated by William Shatner? I love that show, but I just can't help but think of DENNY CRANE! every time I watch it... No. This is a sci-fi/cop drama thats named after the Bowie song.

A real nice selection of films nominated this year. It was going to be a tough year as there were an exceptional amount of GREAT films in 2007. Biggest Snubs: Besides Emile Hirsch for Best Actor in Into the Wild, I like to overlook the main catagories and focus on snubs in smaller ones. BEST ORIGINAL SCREEPLAY Knocked Up - Judd Apatow BEST EDITING Hot Fuzz BEST ANIMATED SHORT FILM Lifted - Pixar Films BEST ART DIRECTION Across the Universe
