This isn't how PTSD works. People with PTSD don't (usually) go flipping out and murdering people, If anything they're more of a risk to self-harm (just like most people with mental illnesses). They'll have feelings of withdrawal, flashbacks, and so on, maybe try to deal with those feelings by numbing them with drugs and/or alcohol. This is what I meant when I said that's an actively harmful stereotype. Not to make things about me, but for example, just like this guy I used a machine gun in combat and had problems re-adjusting to normal life when I came back and at no point was I ever a danger to anyone. That's not the type of help I needed and that would've just made my issues worse.

Really tired of people bringing up "PTSD" when a person who commits acts of violence is found to be a veteran. That's an actively harmful stereotype, not just to veterans but people suffering from PTSD (veterans and non-veterans).

I was following Robert's stats closely this year and he was okay - no red flags or signs of alarm to think he was going to be far off track, but certainly not showing off elite prospect talent either. His momentum kept getting stalled by injuries, and it was frustrating. I hope he has better luck going forward.

This isn't exactly new. September and October commercials in even-numbered years are the WORST. If I lived in VA-10 I'd have probably voted for Jennifer Wexton but she's got a commercial where she calls the incumbent "Barbara Trumpstock" that ran at least one every commercial break. Annoying.

I thought Jabari Parker was worth taking a chance on. Hooooo boy was I off-base on that. I don't even know what he's supposed to be good at when I watch him. At least he's not a team cancer and it's good that next year is a team option so he's not crippling the cap.

The Bears have 5 division games left, if they go like 3-2 on those games or better they have an excellent shot at winning the division. They have NYG and SF, both are dumpster fires, and then there's the Rams where I'm sure they'll get stomped. Under Fox they were a joke in the division, and that should change.

Yeah, the vertical is gone and will never come back, the highlights were fun to watch but that's not him these days. But when I watched him play I always felt like his actual physical talent was more than the results he was getting. He changed his style of play and it turned him into something mediocre to average.

I'm pretty sure Rose never scored 50 even in his peak years. The physical ability never actually left him.

The negative stats are the ones that aren't there (off top of my head I know his % of missed targets is bad). But at that point it'd be cherry-picking trying to justify an already-made opinion.
