That would make the 40 times actually higher than what I have here. 9.6 4.01 9.7 4.07 9.8 4.13 9.9 4.18 10.0 4.23 10.1 4.29 10.2 --- 4.34 10.3 --- 4.38 10.4 --- 4.43 10.5 --- 4.49 10.6 --- 4.54 10.7 --- 4.58 10.8 --- 4.63 10.9 --- 4.75 11.0 --- 4.85 Bottom line... No. Not even close.

Yeah... Obama's tax increase does make me cringe, but McCain's plan is honestly delusional. I don't like either one. If it weren't for that I'd probably be totally in the tank for Obama.
