Kong wont get us much back, and really, who cares. He isnt giving us much value right now, and he could be a nice salary dump. Trade for Ellis. Trade off Konerko. Alexei moves to CF, Swisher to 1B. Just improved your defense and payroll, and only a slight drop off in offense really since Konerko has sucked.

My god, I cant wait for next season after he has a full offseason of MLB conditioning. If he can gain 20-25 pounds of muscle, he will be great. I could see 25 HR, 80 RBI, .315 avg, 20 SB and a gold glove out of him within a season or two of MLB training and conditioning if he gains some more muscle.

I remember Swish did it a while ago and I heard it was funny. He called Quentin "Quinteseco" or something like that because of his resemblence of Conseco. I watched the game on MLB.com, and the audio broke out while he was reading it the lineup. Very very unlucky.

I would love for Thome to leave, and Dye to DH, with Swisher in LF, Q in RF, and getting a stud, speedy CF. Or we move Konerko to DH and Swisher to 1B, and again, get a stud CF. But I think moving Dye to DH would be defensively better because he is SOOO slow in RF and with Q and Swish in the corners, it would be MUCH better on defense. Or maybe we can get David Cook in CF and put in an offer for Brian Roberts at 2B.

My dad showed this to me and he thought it was real because there was no ad on the screen. He didnt notice the Gatorade bottle next to here chair, and there is no way she would make a huge catch like that with a ball that is not that far foul.

voted for Johnny. Hopefully a little goodluck for his all-star bid. He better make the allstar game since pitchers are the only positions in the ASG that mean something.

Are you good friends with him? Or you just know who he is? And Silverio went 2-4 with an RBI for Bristols 5-4 win. But he had 2 Errors in the field, giving him 4 already on the season. Not a good sign, but he will learn.

I was REALLY hoping GoBe would come up with the bases loaded to hit a granny. Oh well. 2-4 with a HR is still a nice game. His season average is like .414 now. And he leds all NCAA in HR (well, tied).

GoBe hits a hard linedrive into LF. He is now hitting .412 on the season, and .550 in the CWS. The announcer said when Gordon cant find a pitch to drive, he just adjusts and singles into a gap. Good. He could be our first average hitter in a while since Frank Thomas and Magglio to some extent.

GoBe throwing down a tag on a would-be basestealer. It was a nice snap tag on the runner, but almost got his leg broke as he didnt brace for the runner hitting him, oh well, ended fine.
